A Gotanda men's esthetic built around a 'reverse bunny' costume that bills itself as 'more erotic than full nude.' Costume shops usually live and die on whether the gimmick is a prop or a doorway. With a coupon dropping 60 minutes to ¥11,000, I went to test whether the oil work under the rabbit ears holds up.

Aichi Prefectural Police have arrested two men, including the operator of the shops 'Hara Spa' and 'Mrs. Peach Apple,' on suspicion of violating the Businesses Affecting Public Morals Regulation Act by running storefront-type adult-entertainment outlets without notification in an area where such businesses are banned. On June 18, the Fukuoka Prefectural Police re-arrested two people, including a gang member affiliated with the Kudo-kai—a designated organized-crime group of special danger—on suspicion of violating the Anti-Prostitution Act, for having made an underage girl engage in prostitution. The group is said to have made several girls engage in prostitution since September 2025, taking in about 2 million yen a month, and the investigation is proceeding on the view that an anonymous, fluid crime group ('Tokuryu') was involved in the background. In a series of crackdowns following ones in January and May, a structure of sexual exploitation where organized crime and Tokuryu intersect comes into view.

A high-end Kinshicho delivery health that bills itself as 'the dream resort health that fulfills the desires of every man on earth.' A ¥23,100 sixty-minute price tag and a roster topping 5,000. Can the 'resort' — that signifier of the extraordinary — actually hold at this scale? A 20-year veteran checks whether the concept and the operation line up.

A Ministry of Justice expert panel has begun full-scale deliberations on the first fundamental review of the Anti-Prostitution Act since its 1956 enactment. The central question is how to correct the imbalance in current law, which targets the 'selling' side for solicitation while leaving the 'buying' side unpunished. The panel is examining foreign frameworks such as the 'Nordic model,' which penalizes buyers, and the 'decriminalization model,' which penalizes no one, with meetings continuing into June.
