Momi Momi Wonderland, Shibuya: The '32% OFF' on the Badge Is a Rate, Not a Discount

ElonI have a rule about discount badges: whenever a shop puts a percentage in a starburst, I stop reading the copy and go find the two numbers the percentage was computed from. Nine times out of ten it's boring. This time it wasn't. Momi Momi Wonderland's coupon page shows 32% OFF in a big red circle, and the money underneath works out to 22.8%. That's a ten-point gap, and a ten-point gap is never a typo — it's a decision. So I spent an afternoon in Shibuya reverse-engineering a price board with five doors and one product, and I came back with the exact formula they used. It's not a lie. It's more interesting than a lie.

The shop, plainly

Momi Momi Wonderland — もみもみワンダーランド, "Momi-Won" to its own copywriters — is a deriheru, a delivery health, filed on CityHeaven under 渋谷デリヘル, Shibuya delivery health, in the 渋谷・恵比寿・原宿・青山 block. Phone is 050-3613-3668. Hours are 12:00 to 07:00 the following morning, nineteen hours a day, no closing day at all. Dispatch covers the 23 wards, the Tama area, and parts of Kanagawa. Official site is momi1-boin.com. There's a sister shop under the same name working Marunouchi–Otemachi.

The concept is not subtle and is not trying to be: it's a bust specialist, 美巨乳専門, and the house rule is that every woman on the roster is E-cup or above. The board on the day I looked ran G, H, I and J, ages 18 to 25 on the weekly schedule, with six new arrivals inside twenty-seven days — 8/15, 8/20, 8/23, 9/1, 9/5, 9/9. Remember that number; it becomes a pricing fact later.

One curio before the money. The shop's CityHeaven address ends in /purupuru/, and so does its recruiting page on girlsheaven-job.net. The brand on the banner is もみもみワンダーランド; the brand in the plumbing is "purupuru." Somebody renamed the shopfront and kept the backend. Which is fine — but it pairs oddly with the line the shop prints on its own top page: beware of chubby shops posing as bust shops, and bust specialists imitating us. A house that changed its own name warning you about imitators is a very Shibuya sentence.

And Shibuya is the point. The category CityHeaven files this shop under lists seventy shops. Seventy. That is the pressure that produced the price board I'm about to take apart.

The base ladder, which almost nobody pays

Here is the actual 基本コース, the base course ladder, tax included, before anything is bolted on:

System fees: membership ¥0, photo designation ¥2,200, repeat designation ¥2,200, 10-min extension ¥4,400, 30-min extension ¥13,200.

Two things fall straight out of that table.

The 75 is the only honest rung. On course price alone it's ¥286/min against ¥293 everywhere else, and the marginal step from 60 to 75 minutes costs ¥3,850 — ¥257 a minute, the cheapest fifteen minutes the shop sells. Then the very next fifteen, 75 to 90, costs ¥4,950, or ¥330/min. The ladder has a dip in it and the dip is at 75. That is not an accident either; look at which length every coupon on the site is pinned to and you'll find 75 minutes sitting there.

Extensions are a flat ¥440 a minute — ¥4,400 for ten, ¥13,200 for thirty, identical rate. That is 54% above the best base rate in the house. And it's worse than the top of the ladder: 120 minutes plus a 30-minute extension is ¥48,400, while 150 minutes booked up front is ¥47,300. Changing your mind on the clock costs ¥1,100 minimum and scales from there. Pick your length before you dial.

The badge math

Now the part I came for. This is the review coupon's own comparison table, copied off the page:

Run the money. ¥28,050 minus ¥21,650 is ¥6,400, which is 22.8%. Not 32. So where does 32 come from?

Divide by minutes. ¥28,050 over 75 minutes is ¥374.0/min. ¥21,650 over 85 minutes is ¥254.7/min. And 1 − 254.7 ÷ 374.0 = 31.9%.

There it is. The percentage is a rate reduction, not a discount. It counts the ten free minutes as if they were money.

I checked it against the other two coupons and the formula holds exactly. The new-cast coupon shows ¥28,050 → ¥20,650 and badges 35%: ¥20,650 over 85 minutes is ¥242.9, which is 35.0% under ¥374.0, while the money saved is 26.4%. And the win-back coupon — ¥19,800 → ¥16,800, same 60 minutes on both sides, no bonus time — badges 15%, and the money saved is 15.2%. When no minutes are added, the badge equals the cash. When minutes are added, the badge silently switches to yen-per-minute.

That's the tell, and it's airtight. One formula, three coupons, no exceptions.

Then there's the second layer, which is the baseline itself. Look at that "Normal" column again: ¥28,050 is a 75-minute course plus a designation plus a ten-minute extension. The shop has built its own comparison price out of a purchase you were never obliged to make. Strip it out and the honest sentence is: 75 minutes normally costs ¥23,650 all-in; with the coupon you pay ¥21,650 and stay 85 minutes. Two thousand yen less and ten minutes more.

Which — and I want to be fair here, because this matters — is a genuinely good deal. ¥315/min down to ¥255/min is a real 19% improvement in what you get per yen, on top of ¥2,000 of actual cash. The offer doesn't need the padding. The shop dressed a good deal in a bigger number, and the only casualty is your ability to compare it to the shop next door, which is doing its own arithmetic in its own direction.

ElonHere's what I actually think is going on, and it isn't villainy. Seventy shops in one category. Every one of them has a red starburst. If you're shop number thirty-one and your honest number is 23%, you are invisible next to the guy printing 35%, and the guy printing 35% got there the same way you could. So everybody converges on whichever formula produces the biggest legal integer, and the integer stops carrying information. The badge isn't a lie to the customer so much as a move in a game the customers aren't playing. Which is exactly why you should read the two-column table underneath it — Momi-Won publishes that table, in full, with the extension line visible. They showed their working. Most shops don't.

Five gates, and they cancel each other

The base ladder is not what anyone pays. Around it sit five more price channels, and every single one carries 併用不可 — not combinable. The real skill here is routing.

1. Have you been before? The 新規 first-timer ladder includes the photo designation fee: 50 min ¥16,500 · 70 min ¥19,800 · 100 min ¥27,500. Post a review and it's 80 min ¥18,800 · 110 min ¥26,500 (the 50 is excluded). ¥235/min at the 80 — the floor of the entire board.

2. What time is it? The 限界値引き, "limit discount," runs from open until 18:00, net reservation only, designation included: 50 min ¥14,850 · 70 min ¥18,150. That 70 is ¥259/min, the best rate available to someone who isn't new. Repeat designation is allowed on the 70 for +¥2,200; not on the 50. Daytime is a third of this shop's nineteen-hour day, and it's the cheapest third.

3. Where do you sleep? More on this below. It's the gate that surprised me.

4. Which channel did you book through? The limit discount and the 感謝祭 event are net-reservation only. The area-limited 50-minute course is phone only — you have to say "Heaven mita," I saw it on Heaven. Two doors, and each one locks a different course. Booking the wrong way costs you money before you've said a word about what you want.

5. Will you write about it? Covered further down, because the fine print deserves its own section.

The 感謝祭 running now is the one channel that stacks reasonably: 80 min ¥22,000 · 100 min ¥27,500, photo designation free, transport discounted toward free, repeat designation permitted (+¥2,200), points awarded. Both lengths price at exactly ¥275/min — the shop picked a rate and worked backwards, which is at least tidy. Footnotes: net booking only, review coupon applies to the 100 only and only at ¥1,000, and not at all if you're using repeat designation.

It is also, as of September 11th, still called the Summer Thanksgiving Festival. Someone should tell the copy desk.

The geography gate

This is the finding I'd carry out of here if I could only keep one. The transport table, charged from the Hachiko exit with a hard 20 km cut-off:

Fine. Standard. Except: the limit discount and the area-limited course are both restricted to "customers up to the ¥2,200 zone." And the 50-minute limit course adds a second condition — wards adjacent to Shibuya-ku only.

So your postcode doesn't just set a delivery fee. It decides which menu you are shown. Live in Nakano and the cheapest board in the shop is open to you. Live in Toshima, one band out, and those courses do not exist — you're on the base ladder at ¥315/min plus ¥3,300 of taxi, paying roughly 40% more per minute than a man in Meguro for the identical hour.

And the two conditions on the 50 don't overlap cleanly. By the ward map, Shibuya-ku borders Shinjuku, Nakano, Suginami, Setagaya, Meguro, Shinagawa and Minato. Six of those sit in the ¥2,200 band. Suginami is adjacent but priced at ¥3,300 — it satisfies one condition, fails the other, and falls out. Meanwhile Chiyoda and Chuo are inside the ¥2,200 band but don't touch Shibuya-ku, so they get the 70 and not the 50. If you're near a line, ask. Don't assume.

One more wrinkle worth a sentence: the 感謝祭 offers a ¥2,000 transport discount after midnight on the 100-minute course — against a fare table denominated entirely in ¥1,100 steps. Two thousand off ¥2,200 leaves you paying ¥200. A discount priced off-grid from the thing it discounts is a small thing, but it's the kind of small thing that tells you the promo and the fare table were written by different people on different days.

The bundles, which are real

Credit where it's earned. Three courses on this board are genuinely, checkably cheaper than assembling the same evening yourself.

ぬるぬるワンダーランド — 100 min, ¥33,000, including photo designation, lotion bath, pink rotor and cosplay. À la carte: 90 min ¥26,400 + a 10-min extension ¥4,400 + designation ¥2,200 = ¥33,000, then +¥3,300 lotion bath +¥2,200 rotor +¥2,200 cosplay = ¥40,700. The bundle saves ¥7,700. The shop advertises "¥7,000 off." They're underselling themselves by seven hundred yen, which is the first time I've had to correct a shop in that direction.

みんなでワンダーランド — 90 min, ¥55,000, a 3P with designation, lotion bath and cuffs included. The board prices 3P as course × 2. Base 90 is ¥26,400; doubled, ¥52,800; plus one ¥2,200 designation, ¥55,000 exactly. The arithmetic closes to the yen, and the lotion bath and cuffs (¥5,500 of options) ride along free. The shop claims ¥9,000 of value and I can't reconcile that figure from the published board no matter which way I stack the designation fees — ask at booking rather than assuming. The exact identity, though, is solid.

撮影コース — 100 min, ¥34,100, designation included, filming permitted throughout. This is the one that's actually dramatic. The full-video option costs ¥11,000 on the regular menu; a 100-minute base ticket with designation is ¥33,000, so doing it à la carte runs ¥44,000. The course is ¥34,100 and currently throws in cosplay and a rotor free (¥4,400 more). Even paying the +¥5,500 for unmasked filming you land at ¥39,600 — still ¥4,400 under the masked à la carte price. The conditions are real and you should read them twice: declare your equipment in advance and sign a waiver, the standard video option is smartphone-only with the woman masked, no coupons combine, and repeat designation is charged separately.

The review coupon's teeth

Anyone, any number of times: ¥2,000 off and ten extra minutes for a CityHeaven review, or ¥1,000 on event courses and ¥1,000 if you're using repeat designation. Then five footnotes, and three of them have teeth:

• Card payment voids it. The shop advertises self-service card terminals as a safety feature — and the cheapest ticket in the house is only available if you pay cash. Those two facts are printed on the same site.
• Your review must end with the last four digits of your mobile number. That's a matching key so the desk can find your post. It is also, functionally, a semi-identifier you are typing into a public page about a sex shop. Nobody's hiding it, and I've no evidence of it being misused. I'd still want any foreign reader to have read that sentence before they post.
• Delete the review later and you're barred from the discount permanently. Miss the deadline and they bill the discount back to you. So it isn't a gift, it's a contract with a penalty clause, and that clause is the part written smallest.

The new-cast coupon is the quiet workhorse: ¥3,000 off plus ten minutes on anything 75 minutes or longer, for women within two weeks of joining. That makes 85 minutes ¥20,650 — ¥243/min, the best repeat-customer rate on the board. And because it's a flat ¥3,000 rather than a percentage, its value decays with length: ¥243/min at 85, ¥256 at 100, ¥265 at 130. Take it short. With six arrivals in under a month, there is almost always someone eligible.

The room, on a Friday afternoon

Shibuya at two in the afternoon is a strange town to be doing this in. The crossing is doing its tourist thing, the Dogenzaka hotels are half-lit and patient, and above all of it the district is transparently built for people twenty years younger than most of the men calling this number. The shop opens at noon into precisely that gap, and prices its cheapest courses into the six hours before the students get out.

I took the daytime route — net booking, hotel by the station, so transport was zero — and the transaction was quick, unembarrassed and competent. The desk confirmed the length and the fee before anything else, which is the correct order and not universal. The base play list is broad for the money and printed plainly: deep kissing, full-body lip service, bare oral, ball licking, fingering, finishing in the mouth, 69, and sumata — with the standard caveat that it varies by woman, so ask.

What isn't on it matters more. Full sex is prohibited, and the house terms bar not only the act but negotiating for it. The same page bans asking a woman for her phone number or social accounts, private dates, filming without arrangement, refusing the pre-session shower, and — two clauses that catch people dispatching to their own apartment rather than a hotel — no proper bed or an unsanitary space, and anyone else present in the same dwelling. Breach any of it and the session ends with no refund. It reads as boilerplate. It isn't; it's the actual operating envelope, and the home-dispatch clauses are the ones that turn a booking into a wasted evening.

The options ladder is clean: ¥1,100 for pantyhose, solo viewing, no-bra entry. ¥2,200 for cosplay, rotor, rimming, the cuff-and-blindfold set. ¥3,300 for immediate oral, wand, watersports, lotion bath, vibe, one photo. ¥5,500 for three photos, a one-minute video, facial, swallowing. ¥11,000 for anal or full video. 3P doubles the course. Cosplay stock is micro-bikini, school swimsuit, gym kit, virgin-killer knit, dress shirt, nurse — and bringing your own costume still costs the cosplay fee, which I enjoyed more than I should have.

Points: 1% earned, 1 point = ¥1, halved to 0.5% on the event courses. On a ¥27,500 ticket that's ¥137. It's a rounding error wearing a loyalty program's coat. Don't let it move a decision.

ElonAdd up the whole board and the same product runs from ¥235 to ¥440 a minute depending on nothing but when you called, from where, on which device, whether you'd been before, and whether you'll write three paragraphs afterwards. That's an 87% spread on identical goods. I don't read that as a shop being sly — every one of those gates is published, and Momi-Won prints more of its own arithmetic than most of its seventy neighbours dare to. I read it as what price competition looks like when nobody is allowed to simply lower the price: you get five secret prices instead of one public one, and the cheap one goes to whoever read the footnotes. Be that guy. It takes four minutes.

The verdict

Momi Momi Wonderland is a well-run bust specialist in the most contested delivery-health market in Tokyo, and its price board is a map of exactly how contested that market is. The product isn't the argument here — E-cup minimum, a roster that refreshes every few days, a base menu that's generous at the bottom of the ladder, and a desk that gets the first five minutes right. The argument is the arithmetic, and the arithmetic rewards reading.

So, routing, plainly:

First visit, hotel near Shibuya station: the 新規 100-minute at ¥27,500, post the review, get 110 minutes for ¥26,500 with no transport fee and no designation fee. ¥241 a minute. Bring cash — the card voids the coupon.

Been before, can go before 18:00, and you're inside the ¥2,200 band: the net-only limit course, 70 minutes, ¥18,150, designation included. ¥259/min, the best rate in the house that isn't reserved for strangers.

Been before, it's night, you want somebody specific: the 感謝祭 100-minute at ¥27,500 plus ¥2,200 repeat designation, transport discounted toward zero. Or take a two-week newcomer on the new-cast coupon — 85 minutes, ¥20,650, ¥243/min — which is cheaper than anything else a regular can reach.

Never: the extension button at ¥440 a minute, and the phone-only area-limited 50 at ¥330/min when the daytime 50 sitting next to it is ¥297 in the same wards.

Fix your length on the call. Confirm your transport band before you agree to anything. And when you read the starburst on the coupon, remember what the number is measuring. It's a rate. The shop will tell you so, in a table, right underneath — which, in a category of seventy, is more than most of them will do.
