Misses Heart, Ikebukuro: ¥9,500 Buys 40 Capped Minutes at the Door and 55 Uncapped Minutes After Eight — Same Shop, Same Night

Misses Heart has run a hitozuma hotel-health operation off Ikebukuro's north exit for twenty years, and it publishes six parallel price structures that never reference each other. The exact same ¥9,500 buys either a 40-minute course capped at one round, or 55 uncapped minutes with every fee included — the difference is what time you walk in. Its shelf price does not exist on its own price list, its cheapest published deal has no eligible women, and the hour it calls 'super-cheap' is the hour the floor empties out.

Two things cost ¥9,500 here, and one of them is 37.5% bigger

Start with the collision, because everything else at this shop is downstream of it.

Open the price list at みせすはーと (Misses Heart), a hitozuma hotel-health operation on the fourth floor of the Ikebukuro Grand Building, and the first line reads:

40分 9,500円(一回戦)

Forty minutes, ninety-five hundred yen, ikkaisen — one round. That's a hard cap, and it is the only course on the list that carries one. Add the ¥1,000 registration fee and the ¥2,000 photo-nomination fee that a first-time customer pays, and you're at ¥12,500 for forty capped minutes.

Now open the event tab, which lives four clicks away and is never linked from the price list:

Fifty-five minutes. Nine thousand five hundred yen. Registration fee and photo-nomination fee included. And the 55-minute course is marked 完全無制限 — completely unlimited, no round cap.

Same shop. Same phone number. Same evening. ¥9,500 either way. One of those numbers buys 40 minutes with a ceiling on it and three thousand yen of fees stacked on top; the other buys 55 minutes with no ceiling and no fees at all. The gap is ¥237.50 per minute versus ¥172.73 per minute — a 27% difference in unit price and a 37.5% difference in time, for identical money.

Nothing on the listing tells you this. The two prices have never been printed on the same page.

I counted six separate price structures at this address. Here they all are.

First: what a 受付型 hotel health actually is

ホテヘルhoteheru, hotel health — is not delivery and not a store-type house. It is the format where you and the woman go to a love hotel, and the critical question for a foreign reader is who arranges what.

Misses Heart runs the 受付型 variant, the reception-office model, and its own FAQ page lays it out plainly:

Come to the reception office as a rule, though we also do delivery. If you come in, you can choose from unpixellated photos — and the price is better when you visit in person. Can I just check into a hotel and call? Of course.

So the fourth floor is a counter, not a venue. You walk up, pick a woman from photos that aren't blurred, pay, and go to a hotel. Three real advantages over a phone booking: you see the actual faces, you pick from who is physically free right now, and the shop says it's cheaper.

It never says how much cheaper. "料金もご来店時の方がお得" is the entire disclosure. There is no delivery price column anywhere on this listing, no dispatch fee, no transport charge, no walk-in discount figure. The single sentence that would let you decide between the two channels is the one sentence the shop declines to write down.

And then there's the room. This is a hotel health — somebody pays for the love hotel — and the price list has no line for it. No 室料, no ホテル代, not a yen. The shop is silent.

Its customers are not. Every review on this listing that discloses a total appends the same two characters:

Room fee separate. Eighteen reported transactions, and the customers themselves are doing the disclosure the shop skipped. In this part of Ikebukuro that's a real number — enough to move a 55-minute session by a meaningful percentage — and it is the largest unpublished variable in every calculation below. Budget for it. The shop will not remind you.

Second: the price list, which has a hump in it

Plus 入会金 ¥1,000, 写真指名料 ¥2,000 (choosing a woman you haven't met), 本指名料 ¥2,000 (choosing one you have), and extensions at 15分 ¥4,000 / 30分 ¥8,000 — a flat ¥266.67 per minute either way.

Read the fourth column, because it does something price lists almost never do: it goes back up. Unit cost falls to ¥221.43 at seventy minutes, then rises through the 85 and the 100, then collapses at the 130. The 100-minute course is the second-worst value per minute on the entire list — worse than the 55, worse than the 70 — and it is beaten by a course that is thirty minutes longer.

The 130 is the seam. Look at what ¥4,000 buys depending on where you spend it: fifteen minutes at the 70→85 step, fifteen minutes at the 85→100 step, and thirty minutes at the 100→130 step. Same four thousand yen, double the time.

Which produces the single cleanest piece of advice on this page. Extending a 100-minute course by thirty minutes costs ¥8,000. Booking the 130-minute course instead costs ¥4,000 more than the 100. Identical 130 minutes, ¥4,000 apart, decided entirely by whether you made up your mind at the counter or in the room.

Everywhere else the shop is scrupulous about this: the 70→85 step costs ¥4,000 and a 15-minute extension costs ¥4,000, to the yen. No penalty for deciding late, no reward for deciding early. It's a fair structure with exactly one door left open, and the door is at 130 minutes.

One more thing the table doesn't show. The 70-minute course throws in ねっとり混浴・ピンクローター無料 — bath time and a rotor, and the rotor is a ¥1,000 item on the shop's own option sheet. The 85 adds コスプレ一着無料, one costume, against an option sheet whose costume-adjacent items (Yシャツ, 裸エプロン, ストッキング) run ¥1,000 each. So the 70 costs ¥3,000 more than the 55 at the shop's standard ¥200/min marginal rate and hands back ¥1,000 of options — an effective ¥133/min for that quarter hour. The 85 costs ¥4,000 for the next quarter hour and hands back ¥1,000.

The 70 is the best-designed course on this list. It's also the last one before the hump.

Third through sixth: the other four price lists

Now it multiplies.

Photo-nomination fee included; ¥2,000 more for a repeat. Every one of those prices is exactly ¥500 below the basic course above it, and every struck-through figure is exactly ¥2,500 above it. Consistent to the yen across all six rows, which tells you it's a deliberate channel rate and not a typo — but the page never says what THE デリ直送 is, who qualifies, or when "今だけ" ends.

The coupon tab — three permanent new-customer plans, all 有効期限 2026/01/02(金)~無期限, no expiry:

Credit where it's earned, and it's rare enough that I want to be explicit about it: these percentages are honest. The reference price is the genuine all-in — course plus ¥1,000 registration plus ¥2,000 nomination — and the discount is calculated against it correctly. Most shops in this category compare their coupon to a peak-hour price nobody in that bracket pays. This one doesn't. The coupon tab is arithmetically clean.

It is also, as we're about to see, the third-best deal in the building at every duration it covers.

Six structures. Now put a first-time customer in front of them, picking a woman he hasn't met, and ask what he actually pays:

Every single one of the shop's three "new customers only" coupons is beaten by an event that has no customer restriction at all. By ¥300 at 55 minutes, ¥1,500 at 70, ¥1,000 at 100. The coupon tab is what Cityheaven's coupon filter surfaces — it's the tab a comparison shopper opens, the one the shop leads with, the one with the 37% starburst on it. And it is worse than a promotion open to everybody, printed one tab over, running since the first of August.

On a Friday, both are live at once and they cross over. 金10 wins the short courses (¥161.54/min at 65 minutes against NIGHT of FIRE's ¥172.73 at 55; ¥168.75 at 80 against ¥171.43 at 70; ¥184.21 at 95 against ¥188.24 at 85). NIGHT of FIRE wins everything from 100 minutes up (¥190.00 against ¥195.45; ¥176.92 against ¥182.14; ¥177.78 against ¥181.58). The crossover sits between the 85 and the 100, and no page on this listing mentions that both events exist.

Nor, for that matter, is 金10 on the event tab at all. The tab carries three events. Today's — the Friday one, the one running right now — is only on a decorative panel on the front page.

The cheapest price at this shop cannot currently be bought

The event tab prints this one twice, once as its own block and once inside another:

Seventy minutes for ten thousand yen. ¥142.86 per minute — the cheapest published rate anywhere on this listing, undercutting even 金10's best cell by nearly twenty yen a minute.

Two things about it.

The ¥10,000 is not a price, it's a rebate. You pay ¥12,000, and you get ¥2,000 back at the counter, afterwards, for filling out a written questionnaire — 「プレイ後に店頭で簡単な記入をお願いします。女性の教育のため、素直なご感想をお聞かせください。」 A short form at the shop after play. For the woman's training, please give us your honest impressions. So the shop is paying customers two thousand yen to file a written performance review of the woman they just saw, and routing the money through the same reception office the walk-in discount runs through. As a mechanism it's clever and it's disclosed. As a price, ¥10,000 requires a second trip up to the fourth floor and a pen.

The second thing is larger. The condition reads:

I checked all three pages of the roster — 202 profiles — plus the dedicated 新人紹介 page. The string 超新人 appears zero times. Not one woman carries the mark.

The best price this shop publishes has no eligible women. It's printed twice on the event tab, it's printed again on the front page, and today it buys nothing.

The price on the shelf isn't on the price list

Back out to the browse page — 池袋北口・西口, hotel health, twenty-four shops on the shelf. Here's the card that represents Misses Heart to everyone who hasn't clicked yet:

¥8,500. I searched the price list, all three coupons, all four events, both freespace price panels and the FAQ. The figure ¥8,500 does not appear anywhere on this shop's listing. The 40-minute course is ¥9,500 and has been on every page I opened.

It's worse than a thousand-yen gap, because of which course it misrepresents. The 40 is the only course capped at one round. It is also the only course excluded from every single promotion this shop runs — the coupons start at 55, NIGHT of FIRE starts at 55, 金10 starts at 55, 新人割 starts at 55, THE デリ直送 starts at 55. Six discount structures, zero of them touch the 40.

So the number doing the customer acquisition is ¥1,000 below reality, attached to the one course with a ceiling on it and no path to any discount in the building. And ¥9,500 — the real price of those capped forty minutes — is, as established at the top, the exact price of 55 uncapped minutes with all fees included between eight and eleven at night.

The shop's own concept copy, meanwhile, reads: 「安心・明瞭な料金設定でありながら…」 — reassuring, transparent pricing.

The roster: 202 women, and one of them is 71% of the business

The shop states its size three times, on one scroll:

Two numbers, thirty apart. The actual girl list carries 202 profiles, so both claims undersell — by 22 against the higher one and 52 against the lower. A shop advertising itself as Ikebukuro's largest is understating its roster by a quarter.

What those 202 look like, measured:

Cups run B through H, C the plurality at 58, then D at 44. Waist uses eight integers, and 58 and 59 alone account for 122 of 202 — 60.4%.

The age column is the one worth sitting with. This shop sells itself on 「本物の人妻店を20年」 — twenty years as a genuine married-woman house — and its concept copy promises a range running 「若妻の瑞々しい魅力、落ち着きある奥様の色香、包容力あふれるマダムまで」, from fresh young wives all the way to enveloping mature madams. The oldest woman on a 202-person roster is 40. Nine of them are forty, 4.5% of the shop. Meanwhile 35 women — 17.3% — are in their twenties, and the youngest is 23. In a category where houses routinely field women well into their fifties, the "madam" end of this range stops at forty and a sixth of the floor is younger than the shop's own median customer probably expects.

Then the reviews, and this is the most extreme concentration I have measured anywhere:

The shop card says 784件. Adding up what the current roster actually holds gives 718. And of those 718:

あや, 37 — 556 reviews.

Five hundred and fifty-six. The next-highest woman on the roster has 19. あや holds 77.4% of the roster's reviews and 70.9% of the shop's entire twenty-year total, and the review pages read like a cult — one regular's headline is 「彩様マニア」, another is addressed by the woman herself as 「あや様の信者さん」, Aya's disciple. The single longest transaction anybody has reported here, 310 minutes for ¥64,000, was with her.

Take her out and this 202-woman, twenty-year, self-described largest-in-Ikebukuro operation has 162 reviews spread across 201 women, and seven out of ten of them have never been written about by anyone.

Credit on one point: the 動画 tab actually contains videos, fifteen women's worth, which is fifteen more than most listings that build the tab and forget to fill it.

The cheapest hour is the emptiest hour

I parsed the seven-day board — every published shift, every woman.

The shop promises 「1日の出勤人数は40名以上」 — 40+ every day. It publishes seven days and clears 40 on one of them. Saturday, the biggest night of the week, runs 27% lighter than Friday. By Wednesday the board is at five, an 88% decay, at a house with 202 women on its books. And only 67 of those 202 — 33.2% — appear on the board on any of the seven days at all.

Some of that is just how these boards work; women file shifts two or three days out and the tail is always thin. Read it the way you'd read any of them: honest for about seventy-two hours, decorative after that. Past Sunday, the phone is the only source.

But the hour-by-hour curve is not a filing artifact, and it's where this listing gives itself away. Concurrent availability today, Friday:

The floor peaks at 27 women at three in the afternoon, at full price. By eight in the evening — the minute NIGHT of FIRE fires, the shop's deepest discount, the ¥9,500 that beats every coupon on the tab — it is down to ten.

The cheapest hour of the day has 63% fewer women in it than the most expensive one. And NIGHT of FIRE is a 写真指名のみ event: you must pick someone you have never met, from a photo. The promotion that structurally requires the widest field of choice is deliberately aimed at the three hours when the field is at its narrowest.

Then it gets sharper. The event window closes at 23:00. Last reception is 1:00. So there are two full hours of trading every night with no discount of any kind — and at 23:00 the board drops to three women, before a graveyard crew clocks in at midnight and brings it back to eight. The most expensive hour to buy at this shop is also its emptiest.

Run it the other way and the trade is legible: at 15:00 you pay ¥15,500 all-in for 55 minutes and choose from 27. At 20:00 you pay ¥9,500 for the same 55 minutes and choose from 10. Six thousand yen for 17 more women. That's not a bad deal in either direction — it's just that nobody at Misses Heart has ever written it down as a choice.

Mean across all eighteen: ¥206.91 per minute.

That third row is 金10 caught in the wild — 80 minutes for ¥15,500 where the event price is ¥13,500, the ¥2,000 difference being a 本指名, someone paying to see a woman he'd met before. The arithmetic checks. The event is real and people use it.

The long courses are the surprise. 900 minutes for ¥192,500 — fifteen hours — and 540 minutes for ¥110,000. Neither duration exists on the price list, which stops at 180. Work out the implied rate for everything past that three-hour ceiling and it lands at ¥200–¥228 per minute, clustering near ¥216. The published 180-minute course is ¥202.78/min.

Which means the volume discount, the entire descending logic of the price list, stops dead at 180 minutes and quietly reverses. Buying fifteen hours at this shop costs more per minute than buying three. If you're going past the published list, that rate is negotiated at a counter with no printed schedule behind it, and the person on the other side knows the curve and you don't.

Against the other twenty-three

Cityheaven lists 24 hotel-health shops in 池袋北口・西口. On entry price per minute, using each shop's own cheapest advertised course:

Median ¥250/min, mean ¥242.16/min. Misses Heart's shelf figure of ¥8,500/40min works out to ¥212.50 — fifth-cheapest of 24, and 15% under the category median. At its real ¥9,500 it's ¥237.50, still under median, ninth of 24.

So the shelf position is genuinely competitive, and under NIGHT of FIRE — ¥172.73/min at 55 minutes, ¥171.43 at 70 — it isn't competitive, it's near the bottom of the whole category. That is a real, defensible price, available to anybody, three hours a night, seven days a week. It is the best thing this shop does and it is buried on a tab.

The review ranking is less flattering. 784 puts Misses Heart 11th of 24, behind ANEJE (1,845) and 池袋人妻ヒットパレード (1,159) in its own subgenre and a long way behind the shelf's leader, 池袋パラダイス, at 15,625 — twenty times as many. A house claiming to be 池袋最大, with the biggest roster I've counted in the category, sits in the middle of the pack on customer volume, and 71% of what it does have belongs to one woman.

The building, which has two addresses

Small, and characteristic. The SHOP DATA block and the map page both give:

The price-list panel on the front page gives:

Same building name, two street numbers, one listing. And the walk is described three ways: the map page gives no walking time at all, just 「池袋駅北口を出ていただいて、無料案内所が1階にあるビルの4階」 — exit the north exit, it's the fourth floor of the building with a free information office on the ground floor. The front-page panel says 「池袋北口から徒歩30秒」. The FAQ says 「受付所は池袋駅西口(北)の出口より徒歩1分」.

Thirty seconds, one minute, or unstated; north exit or west-north exit. At Ikebukuro, which has more exits than most cities have stations, that spread matters more than it sounds. The practical instruction is the FAQ's: 「地上へ出られましたらお電話下さい。道案内致します。」 Come up to street level and call us; we'll direct you.

Two more things on booking. Reservations are free and taken any time a woman's shift is posted — but the shop asks you to call an hour before your appointment to confirm, and for bookings made days ahead, to also call the day before. That's two mandatory confirmation calls on an advance booking, phone only, 「メールでのご予約は不可」. And the front page's own hall-of-fame panel is headed 「先月(6月)のみせすメダリスト」 — last month's medalists — which on August 28th is two months out of date.

Three of those medalists front the three coupons: りほ (gold) on the 37% plan, りら (silver) on the 27%, いちご (bronze) on the 25%. Nice touch. Except that on the current seven-day board いちご does not appear on any day, and りら appears on exactly one — Sunday. The featured woman is decorative rather than required, since the coupons are all-time and photo-nomination based. But two of the three faces of this shop's headline offers cannot be booked this week.

What I'd actually do

Go between 20:00 and 23:00 and say the password. 55 minutes, ¥9,500, registration and nomination included, no round cap, no new-customer requirement, 参加条件:特になし. It beats all three coupons, it beats THE デリ直送 by ¥3,500, and it beats the walk-up price by ¥6,000. The words are 『ナイトオブファイヤー!』 and you say them at reception.

Do not buy the 40-minute course. It's the only one capped at one round, it's the only one excluded from all six discount structures, it costs ¥1,000 more than the shelf card promised, and for the identical ¥9,500 the evening event hands you 55 uncapped minutes with the fees folded in.

Ignore the coupon tab. It's honest, it's well-built, and it is third-best at all three durations it covers. The tab that gets surfaced by the comparison filter is not the tab with the price on it.

If it's Friday, do the arithmetic once. 金10 wins below 100 minutes — 65 for ¥10,500 is ¥161.54/min, the best cell published anywhere on this listing that a person can actually buy. NIGHT of FIRE wins at 100 and above. The crossover is between 85 and 100 and no page will tell you it exists.
