Poyoyon Pai, Funabashi: Every Discount on This Board Is a Bribe Not to Ask for Her Again — and Two Extension Rates ¥2,000 Apart

A Funabashi outcall deriheru whose price board contradicts itself by ¥2,000 on the extension rate, whose transport map charges triple for the town next door and a thousand yen for Urayasu, and whose entire discount stack — new-customer pack, net-booking coupon, walk-up special — is void the moment you ask for the same woman twice.

Poyoyon Pai, Funabashi: Every Discount on This Board Is a Bribe Not to Ask for Her Again — and Two Extension Rates ¥2,000 Apart
Elon
ElonI read three separate discounts on this shop's page before I noticed they all carry the same exclusion, printed in the same small type, three different ways: 本指名利用不可. 本指名様適用不可. 本指名 2,000円. The new-customer pack, the net-booking coupon, the walk-up special — every one of them evaporates the moment you ask for a woman you've already met. That's not a footnote. That's the business model, printed in triplicate. So I stopped reading the board as a price list and started reading it as a set of incentives, and once you do that, the whole thing snaps into focus: this shop will pay you handsomely to meet someone new, and it will charge you for wanting to see her again.

むっちり巨乳デリ ぽよよんパイ (Mucchiri Kyonyu Deri Poyoyon Pai) — roughly plump big-bust delivery, Poyoyon Pai — is an outcall deriheru (delivery health: a woman dispatched to your room, no storefront) based in Funabashi, Chiba, listed on Cityheaven under the 船橋 patch. Freephone 0120-200-184. Open 9:00–翌7:00, no closed days. Eighteen women on the roster, four on today's board, one flagged 即ヒメ — available right now.

Its official site is poyoyon-funabasi.com, and I want to note two things about it before we get to money, because they tell you what kind of operation this is.

First: the official site is a shell. Its own navigation — 出勤表, 写メ日記, 在籍コンパニオン, 料金システム, イベント, 口コミ, ネット予約 — links straight back out to Cityheaven. Seven of the nine menu items leave the domain. The "official site" is a landing page wrapped around somebody else's listing.

Second, and this one made me laugh out loud: the footer reads Copyright © XXXX All Rights Reserved. The template placeholder was never filled in. And the price board — the single most important document the shop publishes — is a JPEG served from stat.ameba.jp, Ameba's user-image CDN, uploaded under a personal blog account. The shop's entire pricing structure lives on a free blog host.

The shop

Hours 9:00–翌7:00 per the shop data panel
Closed 年中無休 — none
Roster 18 women listed; 4 on today's board

Concept むっちり巨乳 — plump, big-bust; bills itself エリア唯一の巨乳専門店, the area's only big-bust specialist
Official poyoyon-funabasi.com

The roster backs the concept, which is rarer than you'd think. Of the eight women whose measurements I could read off the board and the front page, the cup letters run G, F, H, E, G, G, F, D — six of eight at F or above, one H. Ages 20 to 27. When a shop names itself after a body type, I check whether the roster is the concept or the marketing. Here it's the concept.

One hours discrepancy worth having in your pocket: the shop data panel says 9時〜翌7時, and the shop's own event banner, further down the same site, says 営業時間:10:00~翌06:00. An hour at each end, contradicted on one page. If you're calling at 9:15 in the morning, that's not academic.

Two ladders, and the gap between them is the entire pitch

The board prints two course lists. Here's the regular one, 基本コース, with the per-minute rate worked out:

Course Price ¥/min
60 min ¥18,000 ¥300.00
70 min ¥20,000 ¥285.71
90 min ¥25,000 ¥277.78
100 min ¥27,000 ¥270.00
120 min ¥32,000 ¥266.67
150 min ¥42,000 ¥280.00
180 min ¥52,000 ¥288.89

The cheapest minute on the regular board is the 120, at ¥266.67. After that the curve turns around and goes back up. Buy the three-hour course and you are paying ¥288.89 a minute — more than the 70, more than the 90, more than the 100, more than the 120. The 180 is the second-worst value on the board, beaten for badness only by the 60.

The reason is visible in the marginal steps. From 60 to 120 the board charges ¥200 to ¥250 per additional minute. Past 120 it charges a flat ¥333.33 — because past 120 the ladder stops being a ladder and starts being the extension formula, printed right there beside the 180: ※30分以降 +10,000円. Check it: 120 + ¥10,000 = ¥42,000 = the 150. 150 + ¥10,000 = ¥52,000 = the 180. The long courses aren't priced. They're just the 120 with extensions bolted on and a nicer typeface.

Now the new-customer ladder, 新規料金:

Course New price Regular Discount ¥/min
70 min ¥13,000 ¥20,000 35.0% ¥185.71
90 min ¥15,000 ¥25,000 40.0% ¥166.67
120 min ¥20,000 ¥32,000 37.5% ¥166.67

Two things fall out. The 90 and the 120 are tied to the yen at ¥166.67 a minute — thirty extra minutes for ¥5,000 with no per-minute penalty at all, which is the only place on either board where buying more time is free of markup. And the step from the 70 to the 90 costs ¥2,000 for twenty minutes: ¥100 a minute, the cheapest time this shop sells, by a factor of nearly three against its own regular board.

If you take the new-customer 90 over the regular 90, the shop hands you ¥10,000. That is what it costs them to acquire you. Hold that number.

The board prints two extension rates, and they disagree by ¥2,000

Beside the course list: ※30分以降 +10,000円. Down in その他, in the same JPEG, three inches lower: 延長30分毎 12,000円.

Same document. Same half hour. Two prices. And as shown above, the printed course ladder implements the ¥10,000 version — the 150 and the 180 are built on it — while the fee line says ¥12,000.

Taking the ¥12,000 line as the operative one, since that's the one filed under fees, here's what deciding late costs you:

What you do Total Booked up front Penalty
70 + 30 ext = 100 min ¥32,000 ¥27,000 +¥5,000
90 + 30 ext = 120 min ¥37,000 ¥32,000 +¥5,000
120 + 30 ext = 150 min ¥44,000 ¥42,000 +¥2,000
150 + 30 ext = 180 min ¥54,000 ¥52,000 +¥2,000

Extension runs ¥400 a minute against a board whose own best rate is ¥266.67. Below the two-hour mark that's a ¥5,000 tax on indecision; above it, it's exactly the ¥2,000 the board contradicts itself by.

It's worse on the new-customer ladder, and this is the trap I'd actually warn a first-timer about. New 90 (¥15,000) plus one extension is ¥27,000 for 120 minutes. The new 120 booked up front is ¥20,000. Same two hours, ¥7,000 apart — a 35% surcharge on the whole ticket for a decision you could have made on the phone. On a discounted rung the extension fee isn't discounted, so the penalty lands proportionally hardest on exactly the customer the discount was designed to attract.

The after-5pm surcharge is the default, not the exception

Printed under the course list: 17時以降全コース +1,000円. A thousand yen on every course after 5 p.m.

The shop is open 9:00 to 7:00 the following morning — twenty-two hours. The surcharge window runs 17:00 to 07:00. That's fourteen of twenty-two operating hours, about two-thirds of the day, including every hour most people are actually free. This is not an evening premium. This is the price, with a discount for showing up at lunch.

And because it's a flat ¥1,000 on a board that runs from ¥13,000 to ¥52,000, it's regressive:

  • On the new-customer 70 (¥13,000): +7.7%
  • On the regular 60 (¥18,000): +5.6%
  • On the regular 180 (¥52,000): +1.9%

The cheapest ticket in the shop absorbs four times the surcharge, proportionally, that the most expensive one does.

The transport map is drawn along the train lines, not around the shop

交通費 — the dispatch fee — is where this board stops being arithmetic and starts being geography:

Band Where

Read that top band again. Urayasu is ¥1,000. Urayasu is the Tokyo Disney Resort — the official hotels, the Bayside strip, the whole thing — and it sits in the cheapest dispatch ring the shop sells, same as the street outside Funabashi station.

Then read the anomalies, because there are two and they're both real:

One: the shop's own city costs double its own station. 船橋駅周辺 — the area around Funabashi station — is ¥1,000. 船橋市, the city of Funabashi, is ¥2,000. The municipality is carved into two prices, and the expensive half is the part with the houses in it.

Two: the town next door costs three times the town beyond it. Kamagaya borders Funabashi directly. Kamagaya is ¥3,000. Matsudo, farther out, is ¥1,000 — the same as standing at the station. You can pay triple to go next door and single to go past it.

Distance doesn't explain that. Rail corridors mostly do: the ¥1,000 band — Nishi-Funabashi, Ichikawa, Urayasu, Matsudo — is the Tokyo-facing sprawl along the Sobu and Tozai lines, the direction the trains actually run and the direction the hotels actually are. The ¥3,000 band is inland north Chiba, where a driver goes out and comes back empty. The board isn't measuring kilometers. It's measuring how long a car is off the road, and it's honest enough about that to charge Makuhari — 美浜区, in the ¥2,000 ring — more than Disneyland.

Practical consequence: your address moves your bill by ¥2,000 or more, which on the new-customer 70 is fifteen percent of the course. Pick your hotel before you pick your course.

Every discount excludes the same thing

Here is the full stack, as published:

  • 新規料金 — the new-customer pack, 70/90/120 at ¥13,000/¥15,000/¥20,000, say ヘブンイベント見たよ on the phone.
  • The ¥13,000 and ¥15,000 お試しクーポン — 35% and 40% off, both marked ご新規様限定, no expiry date, running since mid-2025.
  • The net-booking coupon — 60 minutes at ¥14,000, 22% off the ¥18,000 rung. Marked ネット予約限定 and 本指名利用不可.
  • スグ割り — ¥3,000 off if you take a woman who's waiting right now. Marked 本指名様適用不可, no stacking with other events.
  • Review cashback — write a 口コミ, get a ¥3,000 voucher for next time.

Every single one of them is conditioned on you not being attached to a specific person. The new-customer tiers require that you've never been. The net coupon and スグ割り explicitly bar 本指名. And nomination itself is priced as a two-tier product: 写真指名 ¥1,000 to pick from photos, 本指名 ¥2,000 to ask for someone you've already met.

Then there's the clause that makes the whole thing legible, buried in the 利用規約 at the bottom of the price board:

※当店ご利用が初めてのお客様でも他店で女の子と遊んだことがある場合、通常料金でのご案内となります。

Even if it's your first time at this shop, if you've played with the woman at another shop, you pay regular price. The new-customer discount isn't about being new to the shop. It's about being new to her. The ¥10,000 the shop hands you is priced against a first meeting with a specific person, and it will not pay twice for the same introduction — not even if she changed employers in between.

Which resolves the ¥10,000 question. That isn't a customer-acquisition cost. It's an introduction fee, paid by the shop, once per pairing.

What this actually costs

Cheapest ticket in the building, before 5 p.m., near the station, first visit: ¥13,000 + ¥1,000 transport = ¥14,000 for 70 minutes. After 5 p.m., ¥15,000. That is a genuinely low number for two hours' reach of central Tokyo — and by the shop's own rules you get it exactly once per woman.

Best value on the board, full stop: the new-customer 120 at ¥20,000, ¥21,000 with transport, ¥175 a minute all-in. Thirty minutes more than the 90 for ¥5,000, at zero per-minute penalty.

Second visit, regular price, asking for her again, evening, in the city rather than by the station: ¥25,000 course + ¥2,000 本指名 + ¥2,000 transport + ¥1,000 after-5pm = ¥30,000 for the same ninety minutes that cost you ¥15,000 the first time. Double. That is the shape of this shop in one line.

If you're returning and you don't need a particular person, the net-booking coupon is the sharpest thing on the page: 60 minutes at ¥14,000 is ¥233.33 a minute, which beats every rung on the regular board including the 120. The shop's worst-value course becomes its best the moment you book it online — as long as you don't ask for anyone by name.

Two more things I'd want told to me first

The cancellation terms are hard. 予約後のチェンジ・キャンセルはお受けしておりません, and キャンセルの場合ご予約のご料金全額を頂戴いたします — no changes, no cancellations after booking, and a cancellation is charged in full. No change means no change: the woman who arrives is the woman you booked. Plenty of Tokyo shops quietly allow a swap at the door. This one tells you in advance that it doesn't, which I prefer to the alternative, but know it before you dial.

Heaven's own summary is wrong about the floor. The shop data panel advertises 最低料金:60分10000円~. There is no ¥10,000 course anywhere on the board, in any tier, at any hour. The lowest figure the shop publishes is the new-customer 70 at ¥13,000, and the lowest 60-minute price is the online coupon at ¥14,000. That ¥10,000 is unreachable — a headline number with nothing behind it.

Worth noting on the other side: the reviews are unusually consistent about one thing. Of the pickup reviews on the listing, several describe calling the woman to their own home rather than a hotel, one of them repeatedly and by name. For a shop whose cheapest transport ring is drawn around residential Ichikawa, Urayasu and Matsudo rather than a hotel district, that fits — the price map and the customer base are telling the same story. It also means the ¥2,000 船橋市 band is the one a lot of locals are actually paying.

Verdict

Eighteen women, six of eight measured at F-cup or better, a concept the roster actually delivers, and a first-visit price that is frankly aggressive: ¥15,000 all-in for ninety minutes with a ¥1,000 dispatch. As a first visit, in daylight, booked to a hotel near Funabashi or anywhere in Urayasu, this is one of the better-value tickets in western Chiba.

As a second visit it is a different shop at a different price, and it does not hide this. The board says what it wants from you in the plainest possible terms — come once, come early, come to the station, take whoever's free, and don't get attached. Every yen of discount on this page is pointed at that behavior, and the one thing it charges a premium for is the one thing most people end up wanting.

Two housekeeping notes for anyone calling: the extension line and the course note disagree by ¥2,000 per half hour, so settle the length on the phone, in yen, before she leaves the office — it's a ¥5,000 swing under two hours. And the hours are printed two different ways on the shop's own material, so if you're calling before ten in the morning, that's the first thing to confirm.

Prices, fees, hours and terms above are as published on the shop's Cityheaven listing, its price-board image and its event page as of 13 August 2026, and are subject to change. Confirm everything by phone before booking. Adults 18+ only.
