Inran Chijo Esute Shinjuku: The August Event Wants You to Say 'April Event' on the Phone, and Four Other Prices That Aren't on the Price Board

A Kabukicho dispatch chijo-esute where the rate you get depends on which phrase you say on the phone — and the shop's own event pages print four different phrases, one of them for an event that ended in April. A line-by-line reading of a price board that three customer receipts prove is only half true.

Inran Chijo Esute Shinjuku: The August Event Wants You to Say 'April Event' on the Phone, and Four Other Prices That Aren't on the Price Board
Elon
ElonMost shops in this genre hide the real price in the fine print. This one hides it in a spoken password. Five events, each ending with a line telling you what to say when you call — and the phrases have drifted so far from the events they unlock that an August promotion is currently asking you to say "April event." I don't think anyone's being cheated. I think nobody's proofread this page since spring. But when the password is the price, a stale password is a stale price, and you're the one holding the phone.

At the bottom of every event on this shop's page there's a field called 参加条件 — conditions of participation. It's not a list of rules. It's a script. It tells you the exact phrase to say when you call so the person on the other end knows which price to quote you.

Here is the one attached to the August event, an event whose own header reads 期間:8/1(土)~8/31(月):

お電話にてお電話にて「ボンテージイベント」もしくは「4月イベント」とお伝えください

On the phone, on the phone, please say "bondage event" or "April event."

The stutter is in the original. So is the month. It is 23 August, the event runs to the 31st, and to claim it you are instructed to ask for a promotion that expired four months ago — or for a bondage event that appears nowhere else on the site.

I went through the rest of the page expecting that to be a one-off. It isn't. It's the organising principle of the place.

The phone is the price list

Inran Chijo Esute Shinjuku-ten (淫乱痴女エステ 新宿店) is a shucchō dispatch operation filed under Shinjuku/Kabukicho in Cityheaven's エステ・アロマ category — domme-flavoured erotic massage, delivered to a hotel or your apartment. There is no shop you walk into. Hours are 10:00 to 05:00, nineteen hours a day, no closing day. Phone 03-6914-2105, and the site asks you to open with 「ヘブン見た」 — I saw you on Heaven — which is the standard industry handshake for "quote me the web price."

That handshake is the first password. There are five more. Here is every event on the page, what it costs, and what the shop says you must say to get it:

Event What it does Password per the 参加条件 field
【8月限定】僕は痴女のフェザータッチで焦らされたい +¥2,000, 90 min and up, baby powder and onaho included 「ボンテージイベント」 or 「4月イベント」
☆期間限定☆ 超デリ割 Free transport anywhere in the 23 wards 「超デリ割」
淫乱極液コース +¥1,000, the high-viscosity oil 「ヘブン見た」
口コミ割 Same-day review buys 10 free minutes 「ヘブン見た」
至極の金玉マッサージ +¥3,000, 90 min and up, adds 10 minutes 「サイレントコース」 or 「3月イベント」

Two of those five are wrong on their face. The August feather-touch event asks for April. The testicle-massage event — a Thai jap kasai technique the shop says it made permanent by customer demand, running since 1 February — asks for a "silent course" or a March event.

And the testicle massage is worse than stale, because its own body copy contradicts its own footer. Six lines above the 参加条件 field, the same event says:

お電話にて【期間限定コース】もしくは【Kコース】とお伝えください

On the phone please say "limited-time course" or "K course."

So one event, one page, four different passwords: 期間限定コース, Kコース, サイレントコース, 3月イベント. Pick wrong and you're describing a promotion that doesn't exist to a phone operator working from a script that presumably lists only one of them.

The fix is not complicated — say what you want in plain terms and let them find it. But it's worth knowing before you dial that the phrases printed on this page are not reliable, because everything expensive on this site is gated behind one.

The board, in full

Two main course lines, both currently printed as ご新規様キャンペーン — a new-customer campaign — with a struck-through price and an arrow.

スタンダード痴女エステコース. Oil massage, sensual massage, body wash, full nude, full-body lip service, soft touch and hand finish, all stated as included in the base:

Duration Board price Campaign ¥/min at campaign
70 min ¥23,000 ¥19,000 ¥271
90 min ¥27,000 ¥23,000 ¥256
120 min ¥34,000 ¥30,000 ¥250
150 min ¥40,000 ¥36,000 ¥240
180 min ¥52,000 ¥46,000 ¥256

プレミアム淫乱痴女エステコース. The above plus deep kissing, unprotected oral, and touching her — the shop's phrase is ヘルスプレイも可能, health play also possible:

Duration Board price Campaign ¥/min at campaign
70 min ¥26,000 ¥22,000 ¥314
90 min ¥32,000 ¥28,000 ¥311
120 min ¥39,000 ¥35,000 ¥292
150 min ¥49,000 ¥45,000 ¥300
180 min ¥59,000 ¥55,000 ¥306

Then 究極のアナル前立腺コース, the prostate line, marked campaign price with no struck-through comparison: 100 min ¥28,000, 130 min ¥33,000, 160 min ¥41,000, 180 min ¥48,000. Restraints, an electric anal bead, an Aneros, an anal rotor and a strap-on are all listed free. Add ¥6,000 if you want the Premium extras with it, up to the 130-minute course. Add ¥4,000 if it's your second time — more on that below.

3P runs from ¥40,000 for 70 minutes standard to ¥112,000 for 180 minutes premium, with a stated 【期間限定】全コース総額6000円OFF that the page does not clarify as included or additional. I'm not going to guess. Ask.

And, at the far end, 淫乱痴女貸切コース — a charter — listed as 一泊二日~ at ¥500,000~(お問合せ下さい). One night, two days, half a million yen, price on application.

Nomination is ¥1,000. Repeat nomination (本指名) is ¥2,000. There are 23 published options, from ¥1,000 (costume, pantyhose, knee-highs, rimming, lotion bath, photos with her face excluded, cuffs, toe-sucking, face-licking, panties as a gift) through ¥2,000 (prostate massage, golden shower, watching her masturbate, a masturbation sleeve, garters) and ¥3,000 (electric wand, worn panties to take home) to ¥5,000 (facial, swallowing).

Three receipts, and what they prove about the arrow

Cityheaven review posts on this site include a field called 料金の総額 — the actual total the customer paid. Only three of the ten visible posts fill it in, and all three are worth more than the rest of the page combined.

20 July 2026 — ¥20,000, 70 minutes, described by the poster as (先行予約)スタンダード痴女コース(ご新規様) 70分+指名料. First visit. That's the ¥19,000 campaign price plus the ¥1,000 nomination fee, to the yen. The board is honest for a new customer.

13 August 2026 — ¥40,000, 120 minutes, described as プレミアム淫乱痴女コース(当店のご利用が2回目以降のお客様) 120分+指名料. Second visit. That is ¥39,000 — the struck-through price — plus ¥1,000.

There it is. The number with the line through it isn't a historical curiosity or a fake anchor. It's the returning-customer rate. The arrow on every row of both boards points one way, on your first booking only, and on the second booking the price walks back up to where the strike-through says it was. The prostate course says this out loud (※Aコース利用が2回目以上ですと上記価格に+4000円の会員様価格になります — the "member price" is four thousand yen more), but the two main boards leave you to work it out, and one customer's receipt is the only place on the site where it's demonstrated.

6 August 2026 — ¥28,000, 100 minutes, first visit, course line not stated. There is no 100-minute course on either main board. ¥28,000 for 100 minutes is exactly the prostate course. It's also, as we'll see, a length that only exists inside coupons.

All three totals carry the note (室料別): room fee not included. This is a dispatch service. You book and pay for the hotel yourself, and nothing on the price board mentions it.

The courses that only exist on the phone

Once you accept that the board is partial, the gaps start to line up.

The 大還元クーポン — the ¥10,000 cashback coupon — carries the exclusion ※50分コースのみ割引対象外となります, the 50-minute course alone is excluded. There is no 50-minute course at this shop. Shortest thing on the premises is 70 minutes.

There is one at the Ueno branch, though: Standard 50 min ¥17,000→¥14,000, Premium 50 min ¥19,000→¥17,000, published today. The exclusion is inherited boilerplate. Somebody copied the coupon between branches and never deleted the line.

That comparison is worth finishing, because it turns out to be the cleanest number on this page. Set the two branches' boards side by side — all five Standard durations, all five Premium, board price and campaign price, twenty figures in total — and every single one of them is exactly ¥2,000 higher in Shinjuku. Not roughly. Not on average. Twenty out of twenty, identical delta.

The Kabukicho postcode costs ¥2,000. It costs ¥2,000 at 70 minutes and it costs ¥2,000 at 180 minutes, which means as a percentage it's a 9% surcharge on the cheapest thing they sell and a 4% surcharge on the dearest. If you're indifferent to neighbourhood and not in a hurry, the sister branch is strictly cheaper by a fixed amount at every length.

Meanwhile the coupons quote lengths the board has never heard of. The 新人割 sells a Standard 100 min and a Premium 100 min. The 口コミ割 sells an 80 min and a 100 min. Neither 80 nor 100 minutes appears in either main course line. They are real — one of the three receipts is a 100-minute booking — but the only way to learn they exist is to read the coupons and the events, and the only way to buy one is to say the right words on the phone.

Elon
ElonHere's the shape of it. The price board is the menu for a first-time customer who doesn't ask questions. Everything cheaper than the board — and there's a lot of it — lives in the coupons and the event pages, in durations the board doesn't list, unlocked by phrases the shop can't keep straight. That's not a scam. It's a filing system, and it rewards the guy who read the whole site over the guy who read the banner. Be the first guy. It's worth about eight thousand yen an hour.

"Up to ¥10,000 off" is, on your first visit, ¥0 off

The 大還元クーポン is the headline offer, badged 17% OFF, valid from 1 January 2026 with no expiry. Its terms:

ご新規様は通常価格より無条件で全コース4000円割引!! また2回目3000円割引 更に3回目も3000円割引で 総額最大10000円OFF!

New customers get ¥4,000 off all courses, unconditionally. Second visit ¥3,000. Third visit ¥3,000. Total up to ¥10,000.

Now put that against the board. The campaign discount already printed on the Standard line is ¥4,000 at 70, 90, 120 and 150 minutes. The coupon takes ¥4,000 off 通常価格 — the board price. Run it:

Standard Coupon (¥4,000 off board) Already on the board Difference
70 min ¥19,000 ¥19,000
90 min ¥23,000 ¥23,000
120 min ¥30,000 ¥30,000
150 min ¥36,000 ¥36,000
180 min ¥48,000 ¥46,000 coupon is ¥2,000 worse

On four of five durations the famous coupon delivers the price that was already printed on the board with an arrow next to it. On the fifth it delivers a worse one, because the board's campaign cut at 180 minutes is ¥6,000, not ¥4,000, and the coupon is explicitly not stackable (※各種割引と併用は出来かねます). Invoke the ¥10,000 coupon on the 180-minute Standard course and you have talked yourself into paying two thousand yen extra.

The coupon's real value is the ¥3,000 on visit two and the ¥3,000 on visit three — and both are time-limited to within one month of your last visit, which the promise of "¥10,000 total" doesn't mention until the small print.

The delivery discount that quotes itself two different prices

The 超デリ割 is the offer I'd actually reach for, and it's the one with the internal contradiction.

The pitch: free transport to any love hotel, business hotel or private address in all 23 wards, for free-select bookings or for the shop's rotating pickup cast (on the day I checked: りか, ちさと, あさな). Nomination free on pickup cast; repeat nomination still ¥2,000.

Its body text lists, transport included:

  • Standard: 90 min ¥22,000 / 120 min ¥29,000 / 150 min ¥35,000
  • Premium: 90 min ¥27,000 / 120 min ¥34,000 / 150 min ¥44,000

Its headline, on the same coupon, says 90分24000円~ご案内可能です. Its Cityheaven comparison table also says ¥24,000, against a "normal" of ¥30,000 — which is the ¥27,000 board price plus a ¥3,000 transport fee. So the same coupon quotes ¥22,000 and ¥24,000 for the same 90 minutes, twice each.

Which matters, because ¥24,000 is not obviously a discount. Here's the 90-minute Standard, coupon versus board-plus-transport, at each of the shop's four published transport bands:

Where you are Campaign ¥23,000 + transport 超デリ割 (¥24,000) Better
Kabukicho / Okubo hotel ¥23,000 ¥24,000 Board, by ¥1,000
Shinjuku-ku, within 3 km ¥24,000 ¥24,000 Tie
Toshima, Nakano, Chiyoda, Shibuya ¥25,000 ¥24,000 Coupon, by ¥1,000
5 km-plus from Shinjuku ¥26,000 ¥24,000 Coupon, by ¥2,000

At ¥24,000 the "20% OFF" delivery deal is actively worse than just booking off the board if you're in a Kabukicho hotel — which is the single most likely place a customer of a Kabukicho shop is standing. At ¥22,000, the number in its own body copy, it wins everywhere by ¥1,000 to ¥4,000.

So ask for the ¥22,000. It's printed on their own page, twice, in the event listing and in the coupon.

One more thing about that transport table, which reads: Kabukicho and Okubo hotels ¥0; Shinjuku-ku within 3 km of Shinjuku ¥1,000; Toshima, Nakano, Chiyoda and Shibuya ¥2,000; 5 km-plus ¥3,000; anywhere else, ask. Note that the bands switch measuring systems halfway — two are distances, one is a list of wards — and that the gap between "within 3 km" and "over 5 km" is unpriced for anywhere that isn't one of those four wards. The 超デリ割 makes the whole table moot at ¥0, which may be why nobody's fixed it.

A review is worth ¥3,000, or ¥8,000, depending which page you're on

Two separate offers here pay you for a same-day review, and they pay different amounts for the identical act.

口コミ割: post a review the day you visit, get 10 free minutes. The shop helpfully notes 通常は10分追加だと3000円 — an extra 10 minutes normally costs ¥3,000. So the review is worth ¥3,000. Its worked examples are 80 min for ¥19,000 and 100 min for ¥23,000, which are precisely the 70-minute and 90-minute campaign prices with ten minutes bolted on. Internally consistent. (The 80-minute price is printed on the page as ¥1,9000, a stray comma that I'll assume is ¥19,000 rather than ¥190,000.)

新人割: Standard 100 min ¥30,000→¥22,000, Premium 100 min ¥36,000→¥27,000, badged 27% off, nomination ¥1,000 extra, repeat nomination excluded, and — same condition — ※当日の口コミの投稿が条件となります. A review, filed the same day. Six eligible therapists: あかね, みぞれ, きき, りり, のあ, ゆか. All six are on the roster, which is more than can be said for some shops' promotional lists.

Same act, ¥3,000 on one page and ¥8,000 on the other, and the two don't stack. If you're going to write one, write it against the 新人割.

Although you'll want to check which number you're being quoted, because みぞれ — the 22-year-old whose photograph fronts the 新人割 coupon — carries this as her roster catchphrase:

★新人割100分20000円★密着エステテクニシャン

¥20,000. The coupon she is the cover girl for says ¥22,000, twice. Her own profile says ¥20,000. It is, at time of writing, the cheapest rate advertised anywhere on this shop's Cityheaven presence, and it appears exactly once, in a line of text under a photograph.

Note also that 新人 here means new to the shop, not young: the six eligible therapists are 22, 23, 25, 27, 27 and 29.

What the reviews say, including the one addressed to the wrong woman

The shop's review board shows 30 posts. The roster carries the tag 口コミ募集 — reviews wanted — on 84 of its 139 profiles, and the per-woman counters add up to 24 reviews across 17 women. On a 139-name roster, open nineteen hours a day, with two standing offers that pay cash for reviews, that is a very quiet board. The most recent visit logged is 13 August, ten days ago.

The ten visible posts score generously and consistently, and the interesting part is the breakdown. Averaged across all ten:

Dimension Average
女の子 (the woman) 4.76
プレイ (the service) 4.53
写真 (photo accuracy) 4.49
料金 (price) 3.92

Price is the weakest category by a wide margin, and it's the only one where anyone posted below a 3.5. The lowest price score on the board, a 2.5, and the second-lowest, the 3 from the 13 August visit — that's the customer who paid ¥40,000 on his second visit. He gave the woman a 5, the service a 4, and the bill a 3. The receipts and the ratings tell the same story from both ends: people here like who they meet and wince at what they pay, and the wincing gets worse after the first booking.

One last detail, offered without much comment. The 6 August reviewer saw あかね and wrote warmly about her — 高身長で可愛らしいお顔の素敵な女性, tall, lovely face. She replied personally with a thank-you diary post about her own height and her 172 centimetres. Directly underneath, the shop's official reply to that customer reads:

「あやせ」さんとの遊びにご満足いただけたようでスタッフ一同大変嬉しく思います

We're all delighted you enjoyed your time with Ayase.

あやせ is the woman from the review immediately above it. The template got pasted with the previous entry's name still in the slot. On a page where the shop is paying customers ¥8,000 apiece to write these, it's a small thing that says a lot about which end of the transaction is paying attention.

The practical stuff

  • Getting there — you don't. It's dispatch. You book a room; they send someone. Free transport to Kabukicho and Okubo hotels, or to anywhere in the 23 wards if you invoke the 超デリ割.
  • Coverage — the 派遣エリア field says Shinjuku/Kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku. The detail field says love hotels, business hotels and private homes across all 23 wards. Go by the detail field; the transport table prices four other wards by name.
  • The room is yours to pay for. Every receipt on the review board says (室料別).
  • Hours 10:00–05:00, every day, no closing day. The five women showing as immediately available when I checked had wait-start times between 12:06 and 13:14 — this is a shop that fills up in the early afternoon.
  • Opening line — 「ヘブン見た」. After that, describe what you want rather than trusting the printed passwords.
  • Roster — 139 women across two pages, ages 18 to 34, average 24.6. Only 3 profiles show a photo diary and 1 shows video, so unlike some large rosters there's very little to read before you choose. Ten are flagged 店長オススメ.
  • The official site, inranchijoesuteshinjuku.com, is an age gate that bounces back to a splash page. I could not read a single price on it. Everything above comes from Cityheaven.
  • No under-18s admitted or employed, stated on every page.

Overall ★★★☆☆

Three stars, and I want to be clear about what's holding it there, because it isn't the service.

The therapists on this board average 4.76 out of 5 from the people who met them, which is as strong a number as you'll find in Kabukicho, and the specialisation is real — a dedicated prostate line with the toys included, a jap kasai technique that costs ¥3,000 and gives you ten minutes back at exactly the standard extension rate, meaning the technique itself is free. At ¥22,000 for 100 minutes on the 新人割, or ¥20,000 if みぞれ's profile is telling the truth, this is genuinely competitive for a full-service erotic massage in central Tokyo with the room the only thing left to pay.

What costs it two stars is that arriving at that number requires you to read five event pages, three coupons, two roster pages and a stranger's receipt. The board's arrow prices evaporate on your second visit and only a customer's posted total tells you so. The flagship ¥10,000 coupon is worth nothing on your first booking and minus ¥2,000 on the longest course. The delivery discount quotes itself two prices ¥2,000 apart. The cheapest advertised rate in the whole operation appears once, in a catchphrase, contradicting the coupon it's advertising. And the spoken passwords that unlock any of it are, in two cases out of five, the names of events that ended in spring.

None of this is concealment. It's drift — a busy shop copying promotions between three branches and never going back to reconcile them. But drift costs money in exactly the same way concealment does. Call, ignore what's printed, ask for the 100-minute newcomer rate at ¥20,000 with the review, and you'll do very well here. Book what the front page shows you and you'll pay ¥40,000 for 120 minutes, like the man on 13 August who gave the woman five stars and the bill three.
