The shop is 責め好き痴女の淫乱エステ アマルティア — Semezuki Chijo no Inran Esute Amaltia. Cityheaven files it under エステ・アロマ/鶯谷, one of 95 shops in that Uguisudani category. In practice it's an M性感 house — M-seikan, the genre where the customer receives and the woman works — though the shop positions itself between categories: メンズエステでもない本格M性感でもない, neither a men's esthetic nor a hardcore M-seikan, but a 痴女系イタズラエステ, a "mischief esthetic."
Outcall only, dispatching out of 鶯谷(台東区). Hours 10:00~Last, 定休日:無し — no closing days. Phone 03-6240-6161. It opened 2025年12月4日, which as of today makes it eight months old.
That Last is the one soft edge on an otherwise hard sheet. It means "until we're done," and it is not a closing time. Everything else here is a number.
Two Courses That Are Not the Same Product
Here is the board, and the first thing to understand is that the two course lines are sold under different rules.
全裸オナクラコース(指名はできません) — the nude onakura course. Note the parenthesis: you cannot nominate on this course. The shop assigns the woman.
| Minutes | Price | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 40分 | ¥10,000 | ¥250.00 |
| 50分 | ¥12,500 | ¥250.00 |
It carries three more restrictions and one big concession, all published: 鶯谷、日暮里、上野、御徒町エリア限定 — the four free-transport stations only, so it does not travel. レンタルルーム推奨, rental room recommended. And then: オプション料金不要, no option charges, with all-nude, soft touch, unlimited finishes included. The shop's own pitch is 淫乱エステコースより時短でコスパ良し — shorter and better value than the main course. Hold that thought, because the arithmetic backs them up.
淫乱痴女コース — the main line, nomination allowed, dispatched across most of Tokyo:
| Minutes | Price | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 70分 | ¥15,500 | ¥221.43 |
| 90分 | ¥19,500 | ¥216.67 |
| 120分 | ¥26,500 | ¥220.83 |
| 150分 | ¥33,000 | ¥220.00 |
| 180分 | ¥39,500 | ¥219.44 |
Look at the right-hand column, because that column is the article.
The short course is ¥250.00 a minute at both rungs — not approximately, identically. The main line sits at roughly ¥220 and refuses to move. Top to bottom, the spread between the cheapest rung and the dearest is ¥4.76 a minute, about 2.1%. You can more than double your booking, 70 minutes to 180, and improve your rate by two percent. In most shops the ladder rewards length — the three-hour course is where the per-minute price falls off a cliff, and that's the entire reason it's on the board. Here there is no cliff. The 180 is not a bulk deal. It's the same deal, for longer.
The Rung Nobody Points At
Chart that per-minute column and it does not descend. It dips at 90 and climbs back out.
¥216.67 a minute at 90 minutes is the cheapest minute on this board — cheaper than the 120, the 150 and the 180. Every rung above it costs more per minute than it does. The board reads top to bottom as a ladder of increasing commitment, which looks like a ladder of increasing value, and it isn't one.
The marginal math says it louder. What each additional block actually costs:
- 70 → 90: +20 min for ¥4,000 = ¥200/min
- 90 → 120: +30 min for ¥7,000 = ¥233/min
- 120 → 150: +30 min for ¥6,500 = ¥217/min
- 150 → 180: +30 min for ¥6,500 = ¥217/min
The step from 90 to 120 is the most expensive marginal half-hour on the board — 16.7% dearer per minute than the step immediately before it. You leave the best-value rung by buying the worst-value increment.
I don't read that as a trap anyone set. A shop that publishes everything and runs no coupons is not working an angle; this looks like a sheet priced rung by rung and never charted. But the effect on your wallet is identical either way. If you want one line out of this article: book the 90.
The Second Price Sheet
Almost nobody pays the number in the course table. Two things stack on top, and both are published — which is more than most shops manage.
Nomination: 本指名 ¥2,000, 写真指名 ¥1,000, main course only. Worth spelling out for anyone new to this: shamei shimei is picking a woman from her photo; honshimei is asking for someone you've already seen. The repeat visit is the dearer one. Standard across the industry, and it still catches people who expect loyalty to be rewarded rather than billed.
Transport: free to 鶯谷・上野・御徒町・日暮里・西日暮里; ¥2,000 for Taito, Bunkyo, Arakawa, Sumida; ¥3,000 for eleven wards including Shinjuku, Toshima and Minato; ¥4,000 for Shibuya, Meguro, Katsushika and the parts above; ¥5,000 out to Ota, Setagaya, Suginami, Nerima, Itabashi.
Stack them onto the entry rung of the main course and the headline stops meaning much:
| 70-minute booking | Total |
|---|---|
| Free zone, no nomination | ¥15,500 |
| Free zone, 本指名 | ¥17,500 |
| Setagaya, 本指名 | ¥22,500 |
Same seventy minutes, a 45% spread decided by your postcode and whether you asked for anyone in particular.
And here's the cleanest illustration of what geography costs. 90 minutes with a 本指名 in Setagaya is ¥19,500 + ¥5,000 + ¥2,000 = ¥26,500. The 120-minute course in the free zone with no nomination is ¥26,500. Identical money. Thirty fewer minutes. If you're out past the ¥4,000 band, the comparison that matters isn't this shop's long course against its short one — it's this shop against one closer to you.
Where the Short Course Actually Wins
Now go back to that ¥250-a-minute onakura course, because a straight per-minute read makes it look worse than it is and the shop's "better value" claim turns out to be defensible.
The main course is only ¥221 a minute bare. Add the things most people actually add:
- 70分, no nomination: ¥15,500 → ¥221/min
- 70分 + 写真指名: ¥16,500 → ¥236/min
- 70分 + 本指名: ¥17,500 → exactly ¥250.00/min
- 70分 + 本指名 + フェラ: ¥19,500 → ¥279/min
The moment you ask for a specific woman by name, the main course costs precisely what the onakura course costs. Add one paid option and it's 11% dearer. Meanwhile the onakura course includes its options at zero and puts no cap on finishes.
So the honest read is not "the 50 is a bad rung." It's that these are two different products for two different customers. If you don't care who shows up, you're staying near the station and you want everything included, ¥10,000 for 40 minutes all-in is the cheapest real number on this page. If you want to choose the woman, want the longer session, or need dispatch beyond four stations, you're on the main course — and there, the 90 is the rung.
Options, and What the Base Already Covers
Credit where it's due: the shop publishes twelve base acts at ¥0 — オールヌード, 高密着ハグ, フェザータッチ, 優しい拘束, 乳首舐め, 甘い言葉責め, 目隠し, 手コキ, 顔面騎乗 (in lingerie), ソフトキス, 女の子へのタッチ, 性感マッサージ. Listing what's included at zero yen is rarer than listing what costs extra, and it's the single most useful block on the page.
Paid options, all published: 脱ぎたてパンティドロボー ¥3,000, 生顔面騎乗 ¥2,000, フェラ ¥2,000, 女の子のパンストびりびり ¥2,000, エステティシャンの放尿 ¥2,000, 女装(ウイッグレンタル込)¥1,000, メイクアップ ¥1,000.
Two notes, both fact rather than complaint. フェラ is a ¥2,000 option, not part of the course — structural for the genre rather than sneaky, and the board says so in advance, which is the right way round. And the ¥1,000 crossdressing option with wig rental bundled in, alongside a ¥1,000 makeup line, says this house actively serves a crossdressing clientele rather than tolerating one. Priced like a welcome, not a surcharge.
The gap: the 個人オプション block — 顔舐め, ディープキス, アナル責め and others — carries no prices at all, just see each woman's page, and the page itself is flagged 只今作成中, currently under construction. So four named acts exist on the menu with no published price anywhere on the site. The option sheet you're reading is a floor, not a ceiling.
A Roster That Isn't Selling Youth
Fourteen names on the roster page when I read it:
- Ages 22 to 35. Median 31.5, mean 29.6.
- Heights 155 to 172 cm, averaging about 163 — meaningfully taller than the national average for Japanese women, with four women at 170 cm or over.
- Cups B through H, with exactly half the roster at F or above.
- One 新人 flag out of fourteen.
That last figure is the interesting one. An industry whose default marketing is eighteen to twenty-two, all new faces has a shop here doing the precise opposite: median age past thirty, a single rookie on the board. In a genre that is technique work — M-seikan is a skill, not a presence — an experienced roster isn't a compromise, it's the product. One rookie in fourteen means low turnover, and low turnover in this business usually means the women are treated well enough to stay. I'll take that over a wall of 新人 badges.
The Name Says One Thing, the Copy Says Another
The shop is called 責め好き痴女の淫乱エステ — roughly, the lewd esthetic of tease-loving chijo. Loud. Then the concept line: 痴女性感がはじめての方でも安心!「美人×カワイイ×責め好き×H」な女の子たちによる、やさしいM性感のお店です。 — first-timers to chijo-seikan can relax, this is a gentle M-seikan house.
やさしい. Gentle, sitting directly under a shop name built out of 責め and 淫乱. Not a contradiction so much as a translation: the name is aimed at people who already know the genre, the sentence beneath it at people who don't. If the sign put you off, the copy is the shop telling you the sign isn't the experience.
Five Reviews in Eight Months
口コミ: 5件. Five reviews, spread across four women, with no aggregate star rating published. And running alongside them: その場で口コミ投稿で1000円キャッシュバック — post a review on the spot, ¥1,000 back.
Do the timeline. Open since 4 December 2025, so roughly eight months and five reviews — about one every seven weeks, while paying for them. Two readings, and I can't settle it from the page: either very few people are booking, or very few are willing to write even for a thousand yen. Either way, five is too small a sample to carry any weight, and it's the one number here I'd tell you to ignore entirely.
On the incentive itself, I'll be fair: ¥1,000 against a ¥15,500 booking is about 6.5% — a nudge, not a purchase, and a long way from the free-hour offers I've seen elsewhere. It's still money attached to feedback. But at five reviews there's nothing to distort yet.
The Verdict
- Price transparency: ★★★★★ — every course, both nomination fees, twelve base acts priced at zero, seven options with yen attached, five transport bands, no membership fee, no closing days, and no coupons at all. Nothing routed through a phone call. This is the most complete board I've charted in weeks and it deserves the full five.
- Transport table: ★★★☆☆ — exact to the yen across most of Tokyo, then six wards in two bands and Edogawa in two with no qualifier. In one of those six? Get your figure confirmed before you book.
- Ladder shape: ★★☆☆☆ — nothing untrue, but a ladder pinned near ¥220/min while looking like it rewards length means the long course sells a discount it doesn't give. The 90 is the best minute on the board and nothing on the page points at it.
- Base-play disclosure: ★★★★★ — twelve acts listed at ¥0. More shops should do this.
- Individual options: ★★☆☆☆ — four named acts, no price anywhere, page 只今作成中 eight months after opening.
- Roster: ★★★★☆ — median past thirty, one rookie in fourteen, notably tall, half at F or above. An experienced board in a genre that needs one.
- Reviews as a signal: ★☆☆☆☆ — five in eight months, no aggregate score, ¥1,000 on the table for each. Not dishonest, just useless. Ignore it.
- Going back: ★★★★☆ — ¥19,500 for 90 minutes in the free zone, or ¥10,000 all-in for the 40 if you'll take whoever's free. Both are fair, and both are totals you can compute yourself before you dial. Past the ¥4,000 transport band it stops being fair.
The thing I'd hand a first-timer here: do the addition before you call, because for once you can. Course, plus ¥1,000 or ¥2,000 if you're choosing, plus your transport band, plus any option you'll genuinely ask for. That total is knowable from the page — a sentence I rarely get to write, and the reason this shop can run zero coupons and not need them. Just don't let the length of the board flatter you. The deal is the 90, and it's the fourth line down.
