Kinshicho Pochakawa Joshi Senmonten: A Kinshicho Shop Filed in Koiwa, Where the ¥3,900 Headline Is the Worst Ticket on the Board

A shop named after Kinshicho, registered to dispatch from Koiwa, that delivers free to neither of the places it advertises and prices seventy minutes three different ways — plus the arithmetic showing its famous ¥3,900 course is the most expensive minute a first-timer can buy here.

Kinshicho Pochakawa Joshi Senmonten: A Kinshicho Shop Filed in Koiwa, Where the ¥3,900 Headline Is the Worst Ticket on the Board
Elon
ElonI got three lines into this shop's listing and had to stop. The name says 錦糸町. The Heaven breadcrumb files it under 小岩・新小岩. The registered dispatch area says 東京都小岩(江戸川区). And the transport line says 錦糸町内無料 — free inside Kinshicho, ¥1,100 to Koiwa. So the one town it delivers to for nothing is the town it isn't registered in, and the town it is registered in costs you money. That's not sloppiness. Once I found the parent company, it turned out to be the most honest thing on the page.

錦糸町ぽちゃカワ女子専門店 (Kinshicho Pochakawa Joshi Senmonten — roughly "Kinshicho plump-and-cute girls specialist") is an outcall deriheru (delivery health: a woman dispatched to your hotel room, no storefront) listed on Cityheaven under 小岩・新小岩, phone 03-6240-2815. Thirty women on the roster. The pitch is 巨乳・爆乳・巨尻 — big bust, huge bust, big hips — at 激安 prices, and it leads with a number designed to be remembered: ¥3,900 for 40 minutes, which the shop calls its サンキュー価格. San-kyu. Thirty-nine hundred yen, pronounced "thank you." Adult-industry pricing has always been a pun business.

I want to take that ¥3,900 seriously, because it's the whole marketing hook, and because by the end of this it's going to turn out to be the single worst way to spend money in this building.

Tax 別途消費税 — every price below is pre-tax

That last row is not a footnote. 別途消費税 sits in the shop's own basic-system table, and it means every number on this page is ten percent light. The ¥3,900 is ¥4,290. Hold that.

The name is a neighborhood it doesn't live in

Kinshicho is in Sumida ward. Koiwa is in Edogawa ward, four stops east on the Sobu local — Kinshicho, Kameido, Hirai, Shin-Koiwa, Koiwa. They are not the same place and nobody in Tokyo confuses them.

The official site explains it in one click. This isn't an independent shop; it's the 錦糸町店 of a franchise called ぽちゃかわ女子専門店, whose site lives at pochafuzoku.com/kinshicho/ — a neighborhood folder in a chain template. The group page lists 新宿本店 (the head shop) plus 新大久保, 錦糸町, 新宿中央, 蒲田, めちゃカワ女子 秋葉原, 上野御徒町 in Tokyo; 小田原早川 and 藤沢湘南 in Kanagawa; 千葉松戸; 川越 and 熊谷 in Saitama; and 宇都宮 in Tochigi. Thirteen branches across five prefectures, two flagged 新規OPEN, and at the bottom of the page: FC加盟店募集中 — franchisees wanted.

So the branch is named for the market it sells to and licensed where the office actually sits. Fine. But it has a consequence you pay for, and it's on the transport line.

The free zone is one station wide, and the paid rings contain its own siblings

Band Where
Free 錦糸町内
¥1,100〜 秋葉原・両国・亀戸・小岩・新小岩・葛西・西葛西・亀有・綾瀬・北千住
¥2,200〜 新橋
¥3,300〜 品川・五反田・蒲田
¥3,300〜 everywhere else, by phone

Ryogoku is one stop west of Kinshicho: ¥1,100. Kameido is one stop east: ¥1,100. Koiwa, the address on the paperwork, is ¥1,100. The free ring is a single station's worth of Tokyo, and the shop's own registered base is outside it.

Now overlay the franchise map. Akihabara is in the ¥1,100 ring — and the group runs めちゃカワ女子 秋葉原店. Kamata is in the ¥3,300 ring — and the group runs a 蒲田店. Ueno-Okachimachi has its own new branch. This branch will happily quote you ¥3,300 to send a woman to a district where the same brand already has a shop, because franchise territories don't merge dispatch fees; they just sit next to each other on the same corporate page. If you're in Kamata reading this listing, you're on the wrong page of your own brand's website.

Practical version: your address moves your bill by ¥3,300, which on the headline course is 85% of the course price.

Three prices for seventy minutes

Here is where the board stops being a price list. The shop publishes its ロング生ヘルスコース in "effective minutes":

Course as printed Base Price ¥/min at 実質 ¥/min at base

Ten free minutes on every rung. Generous — until you read anything else the shop publishes. Its own Heaven banner advertises 通常60分10000円⇒7000円, 通常90分14000円⇒11000円, 通常120分18000円⇒15000円. Same yen figures, base minutes, no 実質 anywhere. Its coupon pages do the same: ¥10,000 is called 60分, ¥12,000 is called 80分.

The ten minutes exist on the price table and vanish in every sentence written to sell you something. I'd treat the base number as the one the driver is working to, and the 実質 label as the shower allowance dressed up as a gift — more on the shower shortly.

Then there's the third ladder, ネット予約限定料金, for booking online instead of phoning:

Minutes Net price ¥/min Marginal step
60 ¥7,000 ¥116.67
70 ¥8,000 ¥114.29 ¥100/min
80 ¥9,000 ¥112.50 ¥100/min
90 ¥11,000 ¥122.22 ¥200/min
110 ¥13,000 ¥118.18 ¥100/min
130 ¥15,000 ¥115.38 ¥100/min

Every step on that ladder costs ¥100 a minute except one. The 80-to-90 step costs ¥200 a minute — double — and it's the only rung on the board where buying more time makes your per-minute rate worse. The same kink is in the phone ladder: 80 minutes is ¥12,000, 90 minutes is ¥14,000, ¥200 for each of the ten minutes in between, while every other gap on that board runs ¥100 to ¥133.

And extension is priced at ¥2,000 per 20 minutes — exactly ¥100 a minute. So:

Book the net 80 at ¥9,000, extend once for ¥2,000, and you have 100 minutes for ¥11,000. Book the net 90 and you have 90 minutes for ¥11,000. Identical money, ten minutes less.

The 90-minute course is dominated by its own extension policy. Skip it. It is also, of course, one of the three courses in the shop's headline coupon banner.

Meanwhile the coupon pages price the ロング生 line at 60分 ¥10,000, 70分 ¥11,000, 80分 ¥12,000 — a clean ¥1,000-per-ten-minutes ladder. That ¥11,000 rung appears nowhere on the printed price table. So seventy minutes at this shop costs ¥10,000 (as 実質70), ¥8,000 (net booking), or ¥11,000 (the coupon's "regular" rate), depending on which of the shop's own pages you're reading. Three numbers, one duration, ¥3,000 apart.

The ¥3,900 is the most expensive thing here

The さくっとヘルスコース — the quick line, and the one the shop shouts about:

  • 40分 ¥3,900 → ¥97.50/min
  • 50分 ¥5,000 → ¥100.00/min

On paper, the cheapest minute in the building. Now add the two fees that only a first-timer pays, both flat: 初回入会金 ¥1,000 and 初回指名料 ¥1,000 (¥1,000 to pick from photos; ¥2,000 本指名 once you're asking for someone by name).

First visit, photo nomination Total ¥/min
40分 さくっと ¥3,900 + ¥1,000 + ¥1,000 ¥5,900 ¥147.50
ひめの coupon, 60 min, fees waived ¥6,000 ¥100.00

One hundred yen. For ¥100 more than the famous ¥3,900 package, the coupon gives you twenty extra minutes, waives both first-visit fees, and throws in the electric massager, the rotor and the vibe. The headline course is 47% more expensive per minute than the discount sitting two clicks away on the same listing.

It gets worse if you're not standing in Kinshicho. Add the ¥1,100 dispatch to Koiwa — the shop's registered home — and the 40-minute course is ¥7,000, or ¥175 a minute, before tax and before a room. Add tax and a ¥1,000 room and the ¥3,900 headline lands at roughly ¥8,700. That's 2.2× the number on the poster.

The mechanism is simple and it's the same one everywhere: flat fees are regressive against short courses. Two thousand yen of entry fees is 51% of a ¥3,900 ticket and 8% of a ¥24,000 one. A shop that leads with its shortest course is leading with the course its own fee structure punishes hardest.

The coupons are a casting call

Three coupons, all live from 2026/08/07 with 無期限 — no expiry, which is a polite way of saying this is just the price:

Woman Course Coupon "Regular" all-in Off ¥/min
ひめの (22), H-cup 60 min ¥6,000 ¥12,000 50% ¥100.00
みき (22), F-cup 70 min ¥7,500 ¥13,000 42% ¥107.14
あん (23), H-cup 80 min ¥8,500 ¥14,000 39% ¥106.25

Note what these are not: they're not shop-wide. Each is welded to one named woman. And when you check those three against the roster, the pattern is unmistakable. Across the 30 women, Heaven shows 85 reviews. The three discounted women hold eight of them between them — three, one and four. The most-reviewed woman in the shop, せせり, has twenty — nearly a quarter of every review the shop has ever collected — and she is not discounted by a single yen.

That is a shop discounting the inventory the market hasn't validated yet and charging full freight for the one it has. Completely rational. Just know which side of it you're on: the 50%-off coupon is not a gift, it's an audition slot, and you're the judge.

One more thing hiding in those coupon boxes. The room fee is quoted differently on each. ひめの: お部屋代 2,200〜. あん: 2,200〜. みき: 1,500〜. And the main system page says the shop can book you a room in Kinshicho from 1,000〜 if you don't know the area. Three room floors, same town, same shop. Re-rank the coupons with the room included:

Coupon + room ¥/min
みき, 70 min ¥7,500 + ¥1,500 = ¥9,000 ¥128.57
あん, 80 min ¥8,500 + ¥2,200 = ¥10,700 ¥133.75
ひめの, 60 min ¥6,000 + ¥2,200 = ¥8,200 ¥136.67

The order flips completely. The headline 50%-off coupon becomes the worst of the three, and the unglamorous 42% one becomes the best. Ask what the room costs before you pick the woman, which is a sentence I dislike writing but the board wrote it first.

Never buy the four-hour

Overnight / date Price ¥/min Cost of the step up
240分 (4H) ¥33,000 ¥137.50
360分 (6H) ¥38,000 ¥105.56 ¥41.67/min
480分 (8H) ¥48,000 ¥100.00 ¥83.33/min
720分 (12H) ¥58,000 ¥80.56 ¥41.67/min

The 12-hour is the cheapest minute the shop sells, at ¥80.56. The 4-hour is the most expensive full course on any of the shop's ladders — worse per minute than the 90-minute rung I just told you to avoid.

Two ways out of it. The obvious one: the 4H→6H upgrade is two extra hours for ¥5,000, ¥41.67 a minute, less than half the standard extension rate. Fifty percent more time for fifteen percent more money. The less obvious one: book the net 130 at ¥15,000 and extend six times at ¥2,000 and you have 250 minutes for ¥27,000 — ten minutes longer than the 4H course and ¥6,000 cheaper. That one comes with a caveat the shop prints itself — 次の予約が入った場合延長をお断りする場合がございます, extensions can be refused if someone's booked behind you — so it's a plan, not a guarantee. The 6H upgrade needs no caveat at all.

The date course, incidentally, is 会員様限定, members only. Membership is the ¥1,000 入会金 you already paid on your first visit.

The shower is on your clock, and only the expensive line gets paid for it

Two rules, printed together:

※シャワータイムはプレイ時間に含まれます。 ※女の子と一緒に必ず前シャワーに入っていただきます。お客様単独でシャワーに入っていた場合はプレイ開始出来ません。

Shower time counts against your course, and the shower is compulsory and shared — wash alone and the clock still runs but nothing starts. Every deriheru does some version of this; the interesting part is who absorbs it here. The ロング生 line gets its +10分 貸し. The さくっと line — the 40 and the 50, the cheap tickets, the ones aimed at first-timers and lunch breaks — gets nothing. A shared shower on a 40-minute course is a real fraction of what you bought, and it is the one course with no allowance for it.

The free-option gates have the same shape and don't quite agree with each other. The table says ローター and アイマスク are free on 60分以上, バイブ and 電マ on 80分以上. But the ロング生 course header advertises all four across the whole line, whose entry rung is 60 minutes — and ひめの's 60-minute coupon explicitly promises 電マ・ローター・バイブ無料, granting at 60 minutes what the table gates at 80. Meanwhile みき's 70-minute coupon, sitting between two that advertise free toys, mentions none. If the toys matter to you, get it agreed on the phone; the shop has published at least three versions of its own rule.

Paid options are cheap and plainly listed: パンスト play, オナニー鑑賞 and 放尿鑑賞 at ¥1,000; ごっくん, 顔射, コスプレ at ¥2,000; ムービー鑑賞 ¥3,000; AF ¥6,000. No surprises there, and no hidden ladder.

The roster is genuinely the concept

I check this on every shop that names itself after a body type, because half of them are marketing. This one isn't. Thirty women, cup sizes as published:

Cup Count
D 2
E 6
F 9
G 6
H 5
I 1
M 1

Twenty-two of thirty at F or above — 73%. Thirteen at G or above — 43%. The top of the board is すい (24) at T161・120(I)・76・110 and ゆき (22) at T162・120(M)・85・100. Ages run 19 to 28, median 23. Hips cluster at 98–100 on nearly every profile, which is the 巨尻 half of the pitch showing up in the measurements rather than the copy.

Eleven of the thirty are tagged 未経験 — new to the industry — which is 37% of the roster and tells you what kind of house this is: high turnover, low prices, a lot of first shifts. That cuts both ways and you should decide in advance which way you want it.

And the number I keep coming back to: the most-reviewed woman in a big-bust specialist shop is せせり (28), T162・88(D), one of only two D-cups on the board, tagged 未経験おっとり癒し系 — inexperienced, easygoing, soothing. Twenty reviews. The shop is built on H-cups and the customers keep writing about the calm one. Eight women on the roster have no reviews at all.

Elon
ElonThe corporate email on the official site is [email protected] — a Gmail address for a thirteen-branch franchise that is currently recruiting more franchisees. I don't hold that against anyone; I bring it up because it's the same instinct visible everywhere else on this listing. Nothing here is being hidden from you. It's being published faster than it's being reconciled. Three prices for seventy minutes, three floors for a hotel room, two sets of opening hours, three versions of the free-toy rule — that's not a shop lying, it's a shop shipping. Read all of it before you dial and you'll do fine.

Two things to settle on the phone

The hours don't match. Heaven says 11:30〜02:00 last booking. The official site says the shop runs 11:00〜翌2:00 with phones open 10:00〜翌1:30. If you're calling before 11:30 in the morning or after 1:30 at night — both perfectly normal times to call a deriheru — you are in the half hour where the two documents disagree.

Confirm the total, not the course. For a first visit in Koiwa, the arithmetic runs: course + ¥1,000 入会金 + ¥1,000 指名料 + ¥1,100 transport + room (¥1,000 / ¥1,500 / ¥2,200 depending on which page you believe) + 10% tax. On the ¥3,900 course that's a headline that more than doubles. On the ¥6,000 coupon it's ¥6,000 + ¥1,100 + ¥2,200 + tax ≈ ¥10,230 — still the best hour in the building, but not the number on the banner.

Verdict

The concept is real: 73% of this roster is F-cup or bigger, the hips back it up, and for a plus-size specialist that's the whole job done. The prices are genuinely low. And the best ticket here is very good — the ¥6,000 coupon hour, in a Kinshicho room, first visit, both entry fees waived, toys included, ¥100 a minute is about as much time as ¥6,000 buys anywhere in Tokyo.

But everything I'd warn you about lives in the gap between the number the shop shouts and the number you hand over. The ¥3,900 sits on top of two flat ¥1,000 fees that make it the worst per-minute deal on the board for exactly the customer it's designed to catch. Seventy minutes has three prices. The 90-minute course is beaten by the 80 plus an extension, for the same money. The 4-hour costs more per minute than anything else and its 6-hour upgrade is the cheapest time in the shop. The free-delivery zone is a town the business isn't registered in, and the town it is registered in bills you ¥1,100 to get there.

None of that is a scam. All of it is arithmetic, published openly, on pages that were clearly written at different times by different people and never read side by side. So read them side by side. Then call, say ヘブンクーポン見た, name the woman, name the minutes, and ask for one total figure with the room and the tax in it — because this shop will give you an honest answer, and it will be the fourth different number you've seen today.

Prices, fees, hours, roster figures and coupon terms above are as published on the shop's Cityheaven listing, its system and coupon pages, and its official site as of 14 August 2026, and are subject to change. All prices are pre-tax per the shop's own 別途消費税 note. Confirm everything by phone before booking. Adults 18+ only.
