THERAPIST Ikebukuro — 89 Women on the Board, Six on the Clock, and a Price Sheet That Fines You ¥7,000 for Planning Ahead

An Ikebukuro dispatch-esthetic shop listing 89 women, of whom 14 have a shift anywhere in the published week and six are on today's board. Every discount it publishes is same-day-only, so booking three days out costs a new customer ¥7,000 more for five fewer minutes — and the shop quotes its own 90-minute course at three different regular prices.

THERAPIST Ikebukuro — 89 Women on the Board, Six on the Clock, and a Price Sheet That Fines You ¥7,000 for Planning Ahead
Elon
ElonHere's a habit that has saved me more money than any coupon: when a shop prints a discount badge, I work out what number it divided by. This one says 42% OFF on its banner. It took me twenty minutes and a spreadsheet to find the baseline that produces 42, and the baseline turns out to be a 90-minute course priced ¥2,000 above what the shop's own system page charges for a 90-minute course. So I kept going. Two transport fee schedules that can't both be true. A coupon whose terms contradict its own comparison table by ¥2,000. A roster of 89 women against a schedule with six names on it. And then — credit where it's due — one boast that I tried hard to break and couldn't.

高級エステ セラピストKoukyu Esute Therapist, branded THERAPIST, "Luxury Aesthetic" — is a 出張エステ, a dispatch esthetic, working Ikebukuro's north and west exits in Tokyo's Toshima ward. Cityheaven files it under 池袋北口・西口 / エステ・アロマ. Phone is 03-5956-5153. Reception opens 10:30, business hours run 11:00 to 25:00 — 1am — and it is 年中無休, open every day of the year. Its official site is kind-group.net; the group site is cangal-web.com.

The pitch is 半分エステ×半分ヘルス — half esthetic, half health — and the shop is unusually direct about what that means. Three course tiers, A through C, each one adding to the last. A (セラピストコース) is the massage proposition: knee pillow, lymph and hand massage, aroma oil, and a 回春マッサージ finishing by hand. B (トップレスコース) adds toplessness, body-washing, and upper-body contact. C (オールヌードコース) adds full nudity and 性感 work, with one hard limit printed on the page: 女性下半身の指入れはできません.

That's the product. Now the paperwork, which is where this shop gets interesting.

The roster is 89. The week has 14 names in it.

Eighty-nine women on the 在籍 list, every one with a published age. The age band is the tightest I've measured in Tokyo:

Age band Women Share
18–19 15 16.9%
20–24 64 71.9%
25–29 10 11.2%
30+ 0 0%

Mean 21.9, median 22, range 18 to 29. Not one woman thirty or over. The shop states 18歳未満のコンパニオンは在籍しておりません, and the youngest published age on the board is 18.

Then I pulled the 出勤予定 — the attendance schedule, which covers today through 5 August — and the picture changed completely.

Day Women scheduled
Thu 7/30 (today) 6
Fri 7/31 7
Sat 8/1 1
Sun 8/2 3
Mon 8/3 0
Tue 8/4 0
Wed 8/5 0

Across the four days that have any entries at all, 14 distinct women appear. Seventy-five of the 89 have no shift anywhere in the published week. Eleven women work one day, three work two days, and Monday through Wednesday are blank for all 89 — not yet entered rather than confirmed empty, but blank is what a customer sees.

Saturday has one woman on the board, 17:00–21:00. On a Saturday, out of eighty-nine.

Today's six, with the hours as published: アリス (20) 14:00–21:00, ララ (20) 16:00–23:00, かのん (24) 17:00–21:30, おりえ (23) 18:00–22:30, くるみ (21) 18:30–22:00, and ゆうり (22) 18:30–22:30 — who was already flagged 受付終了, reception closed, when I read the page. So the honest count of women you could actually book this afternoon is five.

All six are simultaneously on the clock only between 18:30 and 20:30. And note what the shift times do to the advertised day:

  • Stated hours: 11:00–25:00, fourteen hours.
  • Earliest start today: 14:00. Latest finish: 23:00.

The first three hours and the last two hours of the advertised business day have nobody scheduled. Reception opens at 10:30 and same-day reservations open at 11:30, three and a half hours before the first woman starts work.

For context on the paper-versus-practice gap: the Cityheaven listing carries 1,647 reviews all-time. Of the current 89 women, 42 have any review count at all, totalling 182 between them; the other 47 are listed as 口コミ募集 — soliciting, meaning zero. Eighty-nine percent of this shop's review equity belongs to women who are no longer on the books.

Three price ladders, and the published one loses

Everything the shop publishes on its system page, Course A:

Course A Price Per minute
70 min ¥16,000 ¥228.6
90 min ¥20,000 ¥222.2
120 min ¥27,000 ¥225.0
150 min ¥35,000 ¥233.3

Flat, boring, ¥222–233 a minute across the board. Then there's a separate ネット予約限定 block — online-reservation-only courses:

Online only Price Per minute
100 min ¥17,000 ¥170.0
130 min ¥24,000 ¥184.6

Put those side by side and the published ladder collapses:

  • 90 minutes costs ¥20,000. 100 minutes costs ¥17,000. Three thousand yen cheaper, ten minutes longer.
  • 120 minutes costs ¥27,000. 130 minutes costs ¥24,000. Three thousand yen cheaper, ten minutes longer.

Two of the four courses on the shop's main price list are strictly dominated — beaten on both price and duration — by a course printed one box higher on the same page. The only surviving reasons to touch the standard ladder are the 70-minute, if ¥16,000 is your absolute ceiling, and the 150-minute, if you want more than 130 minutes.

Two more rates worth having in your head. Extension is ¥10,000 per 30 minutes — ¥333 a minute, roughly 47% above the priciest course rate on the ladder. Decide the length before she arrives. And there is a 貸し切り special: 600 minutes for ¥500,000, members only, booked at least five days out as a request to the woman. That's ¥833 a minute, five times the best rate this shop offers.

The topless upgrade costs ¥1,000 or ¥2,000, depending which page you're on

The A/B/C ladders as printed:

Course 70 min 90 min 120 min 150 min

Subtract: B is A + ¥1,000 at every duration. C is A + ¥3,000 at every duration.

But the online-only block and both phone coupons state the upgrades as B +¥2,000, C +¥3,000. The C figure agrees everywhere. The B figure does not — it is ¥1,000 on the shop's own ladder and ¥2,000 on every other document it publishes.

This matters for a practical reason. Under any coupon, where B costs +¥2,000 and C costs +¥3,000, the gap between topless and all-nude is ¥1,000 — the cheapest upgrade on the board and the last thousand yen you should try to save. On the standard ladder that same B→C step costs ¥2,000. Which document applies is not something the shop resolves.

Every discount is same-day only, and the shop lets you book five days out

Three coupons run on the listing, all dated 2026/07/30 with no expiry.

新規割 — new customers only. Course A at 75 min ¥11,000 or 95 min ¥15,000. Membership fee waived (入会金無料). Nomination +¥1,000. Home delivery available, transport from +¥1,000. 一部女性適用外 — some women excluded. Say 『新規割』 on the phone. And: 前日ご予約不可 — you cannot book the day before.

当日限定リミテッド割 — same-day only. Course A at 70 min ¥12,000, 90 min ¥16,000, 120 min ¥23,000, 150 min ¥32,000. Nomination +¥1,000, 本指名 +¥3,000. Some women excluded. 前日ご予約不可 again.

ネット予約限定ロングコース. The 100/130-minute courses above, ネット指名 +¥1,000, transport separate — and ※当日のご予約限定となります, same-day reservations only.

So all three. Now read the reservation policy on the system page:

会員様 5日前17時から御予約が可能です。/ ご新規様 3日前17時から御予約が可能です。/ ※当日予約は11時30分~

Members may book five days ahead. New customers, three days ahead. The shop has built an advance-booking ladder and then priced every single discount so that using it is a penalty. Here is what planning costs a first-time customer who wants roughly ninety minutes of Course A, nomination included:

Route All-in Per minute
Book 3 days ahead, 90 min (¥20,000 + ¥2,000 membership + ¥1,000 nomination) ¥23,000 ¥255.6
Same day, リミテッド割 90 min (¥16,000 + ¥2,000 + ¥1,000) ¥19,000 ¥211.1
Same day, 新規割 95 min (¥15,000 + ¥0 membership + ¥1,000) ¥16,000 ¥168.4

Booking ahead costs ¥7,000 and buys you five minutes less. That is a 30% surcharge for knowing your own diary.

And the cheapest thing on the entire board is the 新規割 75-minute at ¥11,000, all-in ¥12,000 with nomination and the membership fee waived — ¥160.0 a minute. Against the standard 70-minute first visit at ¥19,000 all-in (¥271.4/min), it is 41% cheaper per minute for five more minutes.

Which brings the two halves of this article together. The cheapest rate requires booking same-day. Same-day, today, there are five bookable women out of 89, and both phone coupons carve out 一部女性適用外 on top of that. The discount is real; the choice set it applies to is whatever is left on a Thursday afternoon.

Reverse-engineering the badges

The banner says 42% OFF. Its own comparison table says ¥26,000 → ¥16,000, which is 38.5%. Neither number is arbitrary — the badges are computed per minute, and once you see that, two of the three reconcile exactly:

  • ネット予約限定, badged 30%: ¥22,000/90min = ¥244.4 → ¥17,000/100min = ¥170.0. That's 30.5% off per minute. Checks out.
  • リミテッド割, badged 29%: ¥24,000 → ¥17,000 at the same 90 minutes, so flat and per-minute are identical: 29.2%. Checks out.
  • 新規割, badged 42%: ¥26,000/90min = ¥288.9 → ¥16,000/95min = ¥168.4 = 41.7%. Arithmetically fine. The problem is the ¥26,000.

That baseline is built from a 90-minute Course A at ¥22,000 and a nomination fee of ¥2,000. The system page prices that course at ¥20,000 and that fee at ¥1,000. Rebuild the baseline from the shop's own published numbers — ¥20,000 + ¥2,000 membership + ¥1,000 nomination = ¥23,000 — and the real saving is ¥23,000 → ¥16,000: 30.4% flat, 34.1% per minute. Still one of the better new-customer offers in Ikebukuro. Just not 42%.

While we're here: the shop quotes its own 90-minute Course A at three different regular prices. ¥20,000 on the system page and in the リミテッド割 table; ¥22,000 in the 新規割 table and the online-course table. And the nomination fee is ¥1,000 on the system page but ¥2,000 in the "usual" column of both coupons.

One more, and this one is worth actual money. The リミテッド割 comparison table lists 入会金 ¥2,000 → ¥0, membership waived. The same coupon's terms, four lines above, read ご新規様入会金+¥2.000 — new customers pay it. The coupon contradicts itself by ¥2,000. Only 新規割 states the waiver in both places, which is one more reason for a first-timer to use that one.

Two transport tables, and they cannot both be right

The system page prices travel by distance, measured as Google Maps driving distance from the shop's office:

Distance from Ikebukuro Fee
Designated Ikebukuro west-exit area Free
Within 1km ¥1,000
Within 3km ¥2,000
Within 5km ¥3,000 — 120 min or longer only
Each further 2km +¥1,000

The Q&A, on the same listing, prices travel by ward:

Ward Fee
Ikebukuro west exit Free
Toshima ¥1,000+
Kita, Itabashi, Nerima, Nakano, Shinjuku, Shibuya ¥2,000
Bunkyo, Adachi, Arakawa, Taito, Chiyoda ¥3,000
Katsushika, Sumida, Koto, Edogawa, Chuo, Minato, Shinagawa, Meguro, Setagaya, Suginami, Ota ¥4,000

Run the distance table out: 5km is ¥3,000, 7km is ¥4,000, and it climbs ¥1,000 every 2km after that. The ward table caps at ¥4,000 for Ota, Setagaya, Shinagawa and Meguro — destinations a great deal further from Ikebukuro than seven kilometres. On a run to Ota ward the distance schedule produces something in the ¥6,000–7,000 region and the ward schedule says ¥4,000. Both are published by the same shop on the same page.

Note also the ¥3,000 five-kilometre tier is restricted to courses of 120 minutes or more, which leaves a 70-minute booking five kilometres out with no published price in the distance table at all. And the Cityheaven header states the dispatch area as 東京都池袋(豊島区), full stop — one ward — while the Q&A names twenty-two of them. Home delivery requires a 70-minute course minimum.

Get the transport figure on the phone before you agree to anything. On a ¥12,000 session, the difference between these two tables is a fifth of the bill.

The one claim I couldn't break

The shop's concept blurb contains a specific, testable boast:

よくある女性のグループ店舗との二重在籍、系列の掛け持ちは一切やりません。

We do not do the usual thing of dual-registering women across group shops or having them work affiliates on the side. Coming from an operation that lists seven sister shops on its own front page, that invites checking. So I pulled all seven rosters and compared them against this one.

Sister shop Genre / area Women

852 women across the group, against THERAPIST's 89. Matching on the full published profile — working name, age, height, bust, cup, waist and hip — produces zero matches. Not one.

Twenty pairs share a name and an age, which sounds like something until you look at them: すず (21) is 158cm/84(D) here and 155cm/87(E) at the Akihabara shop; アリス (20) is 171cm/86(E) here and 158cm/83(C) at the Ikebukuro flagship. With stage names drawn from the same small pool and a roster compressed into twelve years of age, name-and-age collisions are what chance produces. Every one of the twenty differs on the body measurements.

The honest caveat: a woman working two shops could be published under different names and different numbers, and this test would miss her. It is evidence, not proof. But it is the strongest test available from the outside, run across 852 profiles, and the claim survived it intact. I check a lot of shop copy against a lot of data. This is the rarer outcome.

What the numbers below the bust are doing

Since I had all 89 profiles in a column, one more observation. Heights are spread the way real heights are — 145cm to 171cm, mean 157.3, with bodies at every centimetre in between. Busts run 82 to 104, cups from B through J. Then:

Waist (cm) 55 56 57 58 59
Women 2 25 39 20 3

Eighty-nine women, and every published waist falls between 55 and 59 — 94.4% of them on 56, 57 or 58. Hips are barely wider: 83, 84 or 85 covers 83.1% of the roster. So the shop publishes a plausibly varied set of heights and busts and, below that, what is effectively a template. It is also, incidentally, why five profiles in the group share an identical measurement set with a differently-named woman at Gakuen Collection — when three numbers do all the work, coincidences are cheap. Treat the top two figures as information and the bottom two as decoration.

What isn't published

  • Whether the ¥2,000 membership fee applies to the online-only courses. Neither the course block nor the coupon mentions it. On the 100-minute that is the difference between ¥18,000 (¥180/min) and ¥20,000 (¥200/min).
  • Which transport schedule governs — distance or ward. They disagree by thousands of yen outside central Tokyo.
  • The transport fee for a sub-120-minute booking beyond 3km, which the distance table simply doesn't price.
  • The 口コミ割引コード. The shop's replies to reviews mention a review-discount code giving a 本指名 discount — a fourth discount channel, with no published value anywhere.
  • Online-course durations above 130 minutes, and whether the 150-minute exists at online rates.
  • Which women are 適用外 on the two phone coupons. You find out when you call.

Housekeeping the shop does publish: 入会金 ¥2,000, 指名料 ¥1,000, 本指名料 ¥3,000, extension ¥10,000 per 30 minutes, and a ダブルセラピスト option at double the course price. Options are ¥1,000 for bikini or babydoll, ¥2,000 for micro-bikini, sports bra or your own costume, and ¥2,000 for kissing — which some women decline, noted per-profile. The refusal list is long and unusually blunt, covering intercourse or solicitation of it, recording devices, scouting the staff, contact details, intoxication, and any address without a bath or shower; it names damages of ¥1,000,000–5,000,000 for the serious items and warns that first-time customers sign an agreement before play.

The verdict

This is a well-run product with badly kept books. The core proposition — a three-tier ladder where the tiers are described precisely, an all-nude upgrade at a flat ¥3,000 regardless of duration, and an age band held to 18–29 across 89 women — is coherent. And the no-moonlighting claim, which I fully expected to fall apart, held against 852 profiles.

What's a mess is everything with a number on it: three regular prices for one 90-minute course, two nomination fees, two transport schedules, a topless upgrade that costs ¥1,000 or ¥2,000 depending on the page, a coupon that waives a fee in its table and charges it in its terms, and a 42% badge resting on a course price the shop's own system page contradicts.

If it's your first visit, take the 新規割 75-minute at ¥11,000 — ¥12,000 all-in with nomination and no membership fee, ¥160 a minute, the cheapest rate this shop publishes. Add ¥3,000 for Course C if you want the top tier; on a coupon it's only ¥1,000 more than Course B.

If you want length, book the 100-minute online course at ¥17,000, not the 90-minute at ¥20,000. It is cheaper and longer, and the same logic makes the 130-minute at ¥24,000 beat the 120-minute at ¥27,000. Never buy an extension at ¥10,000 per half hour — decide the duration up front.

Do not book ahead. Every discount here is same-day, and planning three days out costs a new customer ¥7,000. Call after 11:30, ask what the transport fee actually is, and ask whether the woman you want is 適用外 before you commit.

And check the 出勤予定 before you build an evening around this place. Eighty-nine women on the roster is a browsing experience, not an availability figure. Today there are six, one of them already closed. Saturday, as published, has one.

Prices, hours, fees, coupons, options, roster, schedule, Q&A and sister-shop rosters above were read on 2026-07-30 from this shop's Cityheaven listing and quoted as published; per-minute figures and the group cross-check are my own arithmetic on those published numbers. Where two of the shop's own documents disagree, both are given. Membership liability on the online courses, the governing transport schedule and the review-code discount are unpublished — confirm by phone before booking. Terms change. Adults 18+ only; the shop states it has no companions under 18.
