Divide before you decide
Kinshicho Mrs Aroma — Mrs. Aroma KINSHICHO on its own banner — is a delivery esthetic. No shopfront you walk into; a therapist comes to your hotel or your apartment. Listed hours are 10:00 to 4:00 the following morning, with reception opening at 9:00.
Two courses on the board.
The house recommendation, the Kaishun Seikan Tanno Course, is all-nude: 70 minutes ¥14,000, 100 minutes ¥20,000, 130 minutes ¥26,000, 160 minutes ¥32,000. Content is listed plainly — aroma massage, kaishun massage, hand finish, shared shower.
Below it, the Massage Kaishun Tanno Course, clothed: 60 minutes ¥10,000, 90 minutes ¥16,000, 120 minutes ¥22,000, 150 minutes ¥28,000.
Now divide.
Nude: ¥200 a minute. ¥200. ¥200. ¥200. Four courses, four identical rates, no rounding, no drift. There is no volume discount anywhere in the nude column — the 160-minute course costs precisely what 160 minutes cost.
Clothed looks different at first: ¥167 a minute at 60, then ¥178, then ¥183, then ¥187. A per-minute rate that rises as the course lengthens, which is the opposite of how course ladders normally work. But look at the steps instead of the totals. Sixty to ninety is ¥6,000. Ninety to 120 is ¥6,000. One-twenty to 150 is ¥6,000. Six thousand yen per thirty minutes — ¥200 a minute, again.
So the clothed column isn't a cheaper menu. It's the same ¥200 menu with one discounted block bolted to the front: the opening sixty minutes, sold at ¥10,000 instead of the ¥12,000 the rate implies. Every minute after that costs what every other minute in the shop costs.
Which means the nude upgrade is a flat ¥2,000, forever
Run it out. A nude 60 would be ¥12,000; the clothed 60 is ¥10,000. A nude 120 would be ¥24,000; the clothed 120 is ¥22,000. Nude 150, ¥30,000; clothed 150, ¥28,000.
The gap is ¥2,000 at every single length, because both columns bill the same ¥200 marginal rate and one of them starts ¥2,000 lower. The all-nude upgrade never scales. It is a flat two thousand yen.
That reframes the choice completely. On a 60-minute booking, going nude is a 20% surcharge and you'd think about it. On a 150-minute booking it's 7%, and by then you are paying ¥2,000 — the price of a nomination fee, the price of a taxi across Sumida — for the difference between the two things this shop sells. At the long end the upgrade is close to free and you should stop deliberating.
The fine print matters here and the shop prints it: the nude course is all-nude for the treatment, aroma massage excepted. That's an honest carve-out and I'd rather see it stated than discovered.
The one thing on the board that costs more than ¥200 a minute
There is exactly one line item that breaks the rate, and it's the one nobody reads until they're already lying face-down.
Extension: 30 minutes, ¥8,000. That's ¥267 a minute — a third above house rate.
Compare it to the line printed right next to it. "Each additional 30 minutes: ¥6,000" — the price of booking past the top course when you set it up in advance. Same thirty minutes, ¥2,000 cheaper, and the only difference is when you decided.
So the entire fee structure of this shop reduces to one sentence: everything costs ¥200 a minute except changing your mind, which costs ¥267. The shop is not punishing you for wanting more. It's pricing the disruption of a schedule it has already built — and on a roster running from late morning through 4 a.m., that schedule is the actual product.
I took this seriously and booked the 100-minute nude course, ¥20,000, up front. If the difference between deciding at booking and deciding at minute 95 is ¥2,000 per half hour, the honest move is to overestimate yourself once rather than negotiate with yourself later.
Geography is a fee
Transport is where a delivery esthetic reveals its actual footprint, and this one has a hard edge.
Hotels around Kinshicho station: ¥1,000. The rest of the 23 wards, plus Urayasu, Ichikawa and Funabashi, home or hotel: ¥3,000. Anything beyond that is a phone conversation.
Two thousand yen to leave the neighborhood — the same ¥2,000 as the nude upgrade. In this shop's pricing, taking the session out of Kinshicho costs exactly as much as taking her clothes off, which is a comparison I did not expect the fee sheet to hand me.
Read it as a travel-time bill and it's fair. Read it as a signal and it's more useful: Kinshicho is where this shop is fast. The dispatch list reaching east across the prefecture line into Urayasu, Ichikawa and Funabashi tells you where the demand really lives — this is a Sobu-line operation serving Koto, Edogawa and the near Chiba commuter belt, not a shop pretending to cover Tokyo. If you're in Setagaya, you are technically in range and practically an afterthought. Book something local.
The change-and-cancel policy sits on the same logic. The shop states outright that it backs its women, and that a change or cancellation costs the transport fee only. So a change in a Kinshicho hotel runs ¥1,000; the same change at your place in Funabashi runs ¥3,000. Even the escape hatch is priced by distance.
The shop pays you ¥1,000 not to phone it
Here's my favorite line on the sheet, and the one that made me pick this shop for the night.
Membership: free. Free (no-nomination) booking: ¥0. Net nomination: ¥1,000. Honshimei — naming her yourself, the traditional way: ¥2,000. Premium cast from ¥1,000.
Nominating the same woman costs one thousand yen less if you do it through the web system instead of the phone. That is not a rounding difference; it's a 50% cut for using the channel the shop prefers, and it points straight at Yumeoto.
Yumeoto is the reservation platform behind this shop — a joint system from three long-running groups, founded 1999, covering 40-plus shops and roughly 1,500 therapists. Its pitch is the usual modern list: every cast member's live availability visible, booking as little as thirty minutes out, no phone call required at any point, no credit card surcharge, 1% of spend back, booking history, chat with the cast. It has also just launched its first points programme, with 5,000 points — one point, one yen, good for a year — handed to new registrants, and a coupon on the shop page advertising up to ¥10,000 off for signing up.
Most shops bolt a booking system on and keep the phone line as the real front door. This one has put a ¥1,000 price on the difference. The banner in the shop's own header runs "Book online" next to the phone number, and the fee sheet makes it clear which of the two the shop actually means.
I booked through the system. Availability was accurate, the slot held, nobody asked me to confirm anything by voice. For a genre where the standard experience is describing your hotel to a man reading from a list at one in the morning, that is worth considerably more than the ¥1,000 it saves.
What "Mrs" means on this roster
The name sets an expectation, and the schedule board keeps it. The day I looked, the women working ran from their early twenties to forty-one, with the weight of the roster in the late twenties through late thirties — a genuine mature-woman house rather than a young roster wearing the label for search traffic. Shifts started from 11:00 and ran in overlapping bands to 4:00 the next morning, which is what a well-staffed delivery operation looks like: not everyone on at once, but nobody's hour left uncovered.
New arrivals were posted with dates through July and into August, and the shop's own picks were listed separately from the new faces. Both of those are signs of a roster being actively managed rather than a photo gallery that hasn't been touched since spring.
Options are almost nonexistent — pantyhose, ¥1,000, with the caveat that not every therapist offers every option and you should check her profile. That's it. After the transport fee and the nomination line, there is nothing else waiting to be added at the door, which for this genre is unusual and worth saying out loud.
The arithmetic, out the door
My night: 100-minute nude course ¥20,000, net nomination ¥1,000, Kinshicho hotel transport ¥1,000. ¥22,000. No membership fee, no options, nothing else.
The same 100 minutes booked badly — phoned in for honshimei, taken at a flat out in Funabashi — is ¥20,000 plus ¥2,000 plus ¥3,000, which is ¥25,000. Identical session, three thousand yen more, entirely for decisions made outside the room.
And for a first-timer the entry point is genuinely low: the shop's information panel advertises new customers at 70 minutes for ¥10,000, while the coupon page, dated today, runs the same 70 minutes at ¥9,000. Those two numbers disagree, which is worth knowing before you quote one at reception — take the coupon, and if you're told ¥10,000, that's the gap and not a bait. Even at ¥10,000 it's ¥143 a minute against a ¥200 house rate; at ¥9,000 it's ¥129.
The listing carries 03-6303-9086, with 03-6659-2566 appearing in the shop's own information panel. The official site is ksmrs-aroma.com, the group's is yumeoto.net.

Kinshicho Mrs Aroma is the rare shop whose price list survives being taken apart. There is no hidden bulk discount to hunt for and no trick tier to avoid, because there's only one number: ¥200 a minute, applied with a consistency I've seen maybe five times in this industry. What the board actually charges you for is deviation — booking by phone, meeting outside Kinshicho, deciding at minute 95 that you wanted longer. Three fines, ¥1,000 to ¥2,000 each, all of them completely avoidable in advance.
Which makes the recommendation unusually simple. Register with Yumeoto, nominate through the web, meet in a Kinshicho hotel, and buy the length you actually want at the start. Do all four and you're paying the house rate flat, with nothing skimmed off the top.
Do none of them and you'll still have a good night. You'll just have funded somebody else's.
