BIT Boin Kamata: A Big-Bust Specialist Where Not One H-Cup Is Scheduled to Work This Week

ElonI read shop pages the way you'd read a balance sheet, and the interesting number here isn't a price. It's zero. This is a shop whose entire identity is large breasts — the name is literally BIT Boin, the owner's blurb says he built a paradise for the big-bust enthusiast — and it has six H-cup women on a twenty-five-name roster. Across the next seven days, those six are scheduled for a combined total of zero shifts. Meanwhile the two smallest women on the board are covering a third of the week. Nobody is lying to you. The roster is real. It's just that the roster and the calendar are two different documents, and only one of them is bookable.

BIT Boin (BITボイン) is a shucchō dispatch esthetic filed under Kamata in Cityheaven's エステ・アロマ category — oil massage and sensual work delivered to a love hotel or your apartment, no premises to walk into. Phone 070-2326-8758, hours listed as 12時～29時 (noon to 05:00), no closing day, open the call with 「ヘブン見た」. The owner's pitch, printed on the top page, is unambiguous:

A big-bust-loving owner built the finest paradise in Kamata, as far as big-bust esthetic goes.

The roster backs that up. Twenty-five women, average bust 89.3 cm, and the distribution runs D×2, E×5, F×12, H×6. The top of the board is 102(H), then 98(H) twice, then 95(H), 94(H), 92(H). It is, on paper, exactly what it says.

Then you open the weekly schedule.

Twenty-one shifts, eight women, no H-cups

The 週間出勤予定 widget publishes seven days at a time. Here is every shift on it as of this afternoon:

Twenty-one shifts. Eight women. Seventeen of the twenty-five profiles you can browse do not appear once.

Break the twenty-one shifts down by cup and the shop's own premise inverts:

かりな — twenty-one, 84(D), the joint-smallest bust in the building — works five of the seven days, more than anyone. らん, the other D, works two. Between them, the two women a big-bust specialist would file last are covering a third of its week.

The arithmetic consequence: the roster averages 89.3 cm; the week you can actually book averages 86.4 cm. Three centimetres and four cup grades of daylight between the shop you browse and the shop you dial.

I want to be fair about this. Shops publish shifts as women confirm them, and a Monday seven days out is always going to read empty — that's a scheduling artefact, not a claim. But Wednesday is tomorrow and shows two women. Sunday shows two. And the absence of every single H-cup, across all seven days, is not the kind of gap that fills in evenly.

It matters most for the flagship coupon, whose cover girl is ひめの — twenty-five, 98(H), one of only four women here with a published review, and one of the six with nothing on the calendar. The face of the ¥10,000 offer is not working this week.

Same story on the manager's picks. 店長オススメ lists nine women: ひめの, りん, ゆう, ゆりな, ゆきの, ゆり, あなご, しいな, るる. Three of the nine are scheduled. Six aren't. Conversely, five of the eight women actually working aren't recommended by anybody.

The board, and the trap at 100 minutes

通常コース, the standard line, is short and clean:

Three of the six rows land on exactly ¥10,000 an hour, which tells you the house rate. One row doesn't, and it's the one to avoid. The 100-minute course is the most expensive minute on the entire standard board — dearer per minute than the 80 below it and the 120, 150 and 180 above it.

Look at what each step up actually costs:

Two thousand yen buys you the twenty minutes from 100 to 120. Five thousand buys the twenty from 80 to 100. There is no reading of that board on which the 100-minute course makes sense: go 80, or go 120. The gap is ¥2,000 and the 120 is cheaper per minute than the 100 by ¥13 a minute.

And note the 延長20分 ¥6,000 line — ¥300 a minute, roughly double the house rate and triple what the 100→120 step costs. It's printed under the date course, so whether it applies to a standard booking is a phone question, but if it does, decide your length before you start. Extending is the most expensive way to buy time here.

Cheap base, expensive everything else

The ten options, priced against the ¥13,000 80-minute course they attach to:

Now price the timed ones by the minute. おっぱいスタンプ is ¥2,000 for five minutes — ¥400/min. おっぱい鼠径部 is ¥4,000 for ten — ¥400/min. And パフパフタイム is ¥3,000 for five minutes, which is ¥600 a minute: the single most expensive minute BIT Boin sells, 3.7× the standard course rate and double the extension rate.

Then there's the bundle, which doesn't bundle. おっぱい尽くし is listed at ¥10,000 and marked ※マイクロオプションが別途必須です — a micro option is separately required. The only micro option on the board is the ¥5,000 micro bikini. So the "full option" lands at ¥15,000. Buy the four named breast options individually — stamp ¥2,000 + pafupafu ¥3,000 + 鼠径部 ¥4,000 + body-wash ¥5,000 — and you pay ¥14,000, with no micro requirement attached.

The full-option bundle is ¥1,000 worse than assembling it yourself, unless it contains something the board doesn't name. Ask what's in it before you buy it.

There's a wardrobe problem in there too: the micro bikini is mandatory for おっぱい尽くし, but オールヌード and マイクロビキニ are mutually exclusive states of dress with contradictory touch rules — nude bans lower-body touch, the bikini bans touch entirely. Which is presumably why the Deluxe course exists.

ElonHere's the shape of the pricing, and it's the opposite of most shops. The clock is cheap — ten thousand yen an hour, honestly posted, with one dud row at 100 minutes. The body is expensive. All-nude costs 77% of the base course. Five minutes of pafupafu costs ¥600 a minute. If you book eighty minutes and buy nothing, this is one of the better-value hours in Ota-ku and the reviews say so out loud. If you book eighty minutes and say yes to everything, you've tripled the bill on options and you're paying Ginza money in Kamata. The Deluxe course exists precisely to stop that, and it's the only bundle here that actually saves you anything.

The Deluxe course is the one honest bundle

デラックスおっぱいコース is billed as オールヌード＋おっぱい尽くし and priced at 80 min ¥25,000 / 120 min ¥30,000. Against the à-la-carte route:

That's a genuine bundle discount of roughly a third, and it's the only place on this site where the packaged price beats the sum of its parts by a wide margin. If you want the thing the shop is named after, this is how you buy it. Everything else is retail.

The 120-minute Deluxe currently runs at ¥27,000 under an event badged 今だけ — only now — which has been live since 10 May 2025. Fifteen months of "only now."

There's also 逆エステコース, the reverse course, priced with a single line: 通常コースの1.5倍の金額. That makes 80 minutes ¥19,500 and 120 minutes ¥30,000. At BIT Boin, doing the massage yourself costs fifty per cent more than receiving one.

The coupon condition that only exists in a customer review

Three coupons, all dated 8 September 2025 with no expiry:

Two things about that table.

First, the second coupon's own title reads 初回限定BITボインお試し価格デラックス80分20000円♪ while its body says ¥22,000, twice, in the comparison grid. Same coupon, two prices, ¥2,000 apart. Quote the title.

Second, and more useful: the first-visit Deluxe coupon saves you ¥3,000, and the Deluxe coupon anyone can use saves ¥2,000. Burning your one-time first-visit discount on the Deluxe course is worth exactly ¥1,000 more than not burning it. Spend the first visit on the standard coupon, where it's worth ¥3,000.

Now the part the shop doesn't print anywhere. From a review dated 10 October 2025:

クーポンは初回利用限定としか書いてないですが、どうやら指名してしまうとクーポンが使えないみたいなので、これから初めて利用される方は注意ですね。

The coupon only says "first visit only," but apparently if you nominate a girl the coupon can't be used — worth knowing if you're going for the first time.

Nominating voids the coupon. That condition appears on no coupon, no event, and no line of the system page. It exists in one customer's aside, ten months old, on page one of the review board.

And there's a receipt that appears to confirm it. The most recent review, 14 August 2026, first visit, booked online, states its total as ¥23,000 for 80 minutes at home, with 指名 and オールヌード. Run the board: 80 min ¥13,000 + all-nude ¥10,000 = ¥23,000, to the yen. He paid the board price, not the ¥10,000 coupon price — on his first visit, while the coupon was live — and the gap is exactly ¥3,000, which is exactly what the coupon is worth.

He nominated. It cost him three thousand yen, through a rule that has never been written down.

The same receipt has a second sting. ¥23,000 is precisely what the Deluxe coupon charges for 80 minutes, and the Deluxe course is all-nude plus おっぱい尽くし — with no first-visit restriction, so his nomination couldn't have voided it either. He paid the identical sum for the same eighty minutes and the same all-nude, and left a ¥10,000 option on the table for free.

Phone or net — pick wrong and the events don't apply

The site pushes ネット予約 hard: a reservation button on every page, a chat window, availability links. Eight of the seventeen reviewers say they booked online, and one writes that he specifically prefers chat because 電話よりもチャットの方が恥ずかしくない — chat is less embarrassing than the phone.

Both standing events carry the same 参加条件:

お電話にて「ヘブン見た」とお伝え下さい — say "I saw you on Heaven" on the phone.

Read literally, the ¥27,000 Deluxe 120 and the review cashback are phone-only, and roughly half this shop's reviewers used a channel that can't claim them. Nothing on the reservation form says so.

The review cashback that may be worth zero

The second event pays ¥2,000 back plus five free minutes for posting a review on the spot after a Deluxe course. The shop even supplies the script — a copy-paste template with seven numeric fields:

Across all seventeen reviews on the board, not one uses it. Nobody has ever filled in the form.

They may have done the maths. The cashback is ¥2,000 off a Deluxe course — and the standing Deluxe coupon already takes ¥2,000 off the same course, for everyone, with no conditions and no writing. Unless the two stack, which the page doesn't say, posting the review earns you the discount you already had. The five minutes are real. The two thousand yen may be a rebate on itself.

The transport table, and the ward that isn't there

交通費 is charged by ward, and the bands are printed in this order — free, ¥1,000, ¥4,000, ¥2,000, ¥3,000:

Read that top to bottom in a hurry and the ¥4,000 tier sits exactly where you'd expect the ¥2,000 tier to be. Fix it in your head before you dial.

The bands aren't monotonic in distance either. Cross one river out of Chuo-ku into Koto-ku and the fee doubles from ¥2,000 to ¥4,000 — the largest single step in the table, for the shortest crossing in it.

Count the wards: twenty-two. Tokyo has twenty-three. Bunkyo-ku is not on the list at all — not free, not ¥4,000, not anywhere. If you're in Hongō or Kōrakuen, that's a phone call, because the table has no answer for you.

Scale matters here more than at most shops, because the base course is cheap. ¥4,000 on top of the ¥13,000 board course is a 31% surcharge. On the ¥10,000 first-visit coupon it's 40%. The cheapest thing BIT Boin sells can be made half again as expensive by which side of the Sumida you're standing on.

One more contradiction: the 派遣エリア field says 東京都蒲田（大田区） — Kamata, Ota-ku, full stop. The transport table prices twenty-two wards. Go by the table.

What seventeen reviews say, and the one thing they all say

Seventeen reviews, spanning 22 October 2024 to 14 August 2026 — roughly one every forty days. Twenty-one of the twenty-five profiles are tagged 口コミ募集, reviews wanted, which is to say four women have ever been reviewed: ゆりな (7), ゆう (3), りんか (2), ひめの (1). The remaining four posts name nobody. One of them, from 31 January 2026, praises a woman called かんな who is not on the current roster.

Averaged across all seventeen:

That price number is the story. At most Tokyo shops 料金 is the weakest category by a distance — people like who they meet and wince at the bill. Here it isn't the weakest. The shop's own handling is. Eight of the seventeen reviewers volunteer, unprompted, that BIT Boin is cheap, and one of them puts it better than I can:

お店が心配になるくらいの安さです。

So cheap it makes you worry about the shop.

Another, from 2024: 安すぎます。人気が出てきたらこの価格で遊べなくなるのだろうな — too cheap; once they get popular you won't be able to play at this price. A third arrived sceptical after a bad experience elsewhere in Kamata and wrote 正直この値段だし日本人なら何でもいいわ — honestly, at this price I'd have settled for anyone Japanese — then scored it 5.0 across the board.

There is exactly one dissent on price, and it's precise: フリーの料金は良心的だったけど、トップレスとかのオプションが少々お高め — the free-booking rate is fair, but the options like topless are a bit pricey. That reviewer has read the board correctly. The base is cheap. The options are not.

Which makes the shop's own tagline read strangely. 店舗情報 opens with 安いだけじゃない！ — it's not just that we're cheap! — and then eight of seventeen customers describe cheapness, unprompted, as the best thing about the place.

The two lowest scores on the board are both staff scores: a 3.0 from 27 September 2025 and a 3.5 from 17 December 2025. The single lowest overall rating in nearly two years is a 3.6. There is no bad review here. There's just an operation that gets the woman right, the photo right and the price right, and the front of house merely fine.

The concept blurb versus the roster

One last document check. The owner's pitch says the therapists are:

hand-picked big-bust therapists from their late teens to their early twenties.

The roster is twenty-five women aged 20 to 36, average 25.7. Nobody is in their late teens — the youngest is exactly twenty. Nine of twenty-five are 20 to 23. Eight are 28 or older, including a 30, a 32, a 33 and a 36. The newest hire, りり, joined on 2 August and is thirty-two.

There's nothing wrong with any of that; a 32-year-old at 102(H) is precisely on-brand for a shop that sells busts. But the sentence describing the roster and the roster itself were plainly written years apart, and if the age band is what brought you here, the calendar this week runs 21, 22, 23, 23, 23, 25, 26 and 36.

The practical stuff

• You don't go anywhere. Dispatch only — you book the room, they send someone. Kamata love hotels are free, everywhere else is ¥1,000–¥4,000 by ward, and Bunkyo-ku isn't priced.
• Hours are advertised 12:00–05:00, seventeen a day. Across all twenty-one shifts published for the coming week, the earliest start is 20:00 and the latest finish is 04:00. The first eight hours of the advertised day have nobody in them, all week. Treat this as a 20:00–04:00 shop.
• Nomination: 写真指名料 0円～ — note the tilde — and 本指名料 ¥2,000. Per a customer review, nominating at all appears to void the first-visit coupon, which makes a "free" photo nomination cost you ¥3,000.
• Membership fee ¥0. Credit cards accepted with an unstated surcharge.
• Cancellation is 100% of the booked price, with no notice window stated anywhere. As written, cancelling a Thursday booking on Tuesday is chargeable in full. Worth confirming on the phone.
• Filming or recording carries a published on-the-spot penalty of ¥300,000, plus the value of the therapist's next appointment. That's one of the more specific deterrents you'll see printed.
• Not a medical facility — stated plainly, as the law requires.
• No under-18s admitted or employed, stated on every page.
• There's no independent official site to check. Everything above comes from the Cityheaven listing and its review board.

The verdict

Three stars, and unusually for this column, none of what's holding it there is the price.

The price is the best thing about BIT Boin. Ten thousand yen an hour posted on the board, seven and a half thousand on the first-visit coupon, and seventeen consecutive customers over nearly two years who scored the woman 4.92 and the bill 4.62 — that's a shop delivering more than it charges for, and eight of them said so without being asked. In an industry where the price rating is almost always the weak column, this one isn't.

What costs it two stars is the distance between the catalogue and the calendar. This shop's entire proposition is large breasts. It has six H-cups on the roster and none of them working this week, while a third of the week's shifts belong to its only two D-cups. Its flagship coupon's cover girl has no shifts. Six of nine manager's picks have no shifts. The concept blurb promises late teens and early twenties; the seven days you can actually book run out to a 36-year-old. And the single condition most likely to cost you money — that nominating appears to kill the coupon — is documented nowhere except one customer's aside from last October, with a ¥23,000 receipt from this month that looks a lot like proof.

So do it this way. Book by the calendar, not the gallery: check 出勤情報 before you fall for a profile. Phone rather than net-book, so the events apply. Take the standard first-visit coupon at ¥10,000 for eighty minutes and don't nominate — free choice is what the coupon is for. If big is the whole point, skip the options entirely and take the Deluxe at ¥23,000, the only bundle here that beats its own parts. And if you're not in Ota-ku, price the drive before you price the massage: a quarter of your bill may be the taxi.
