Berry, Shibuya — The ¥29,000 Trial Course Is First-Visit Only, and It's the Worst Rate in the Building

Shibuya's Berry reserves its cheapest ticket — ¥29,000 for sixty minutes — for first visits only, then excludes that exact course from its ¥10,000 new-customer coupon. Run the per-minute math across all four classes and the trial course turns out to be the worst rate on the Regular ladder, while the best rate on the entire board belongs to a first-timer spending ¥45,000.

Berry, Shibuya — The ¥29,000 Trial Course Is First-Visit Only, and It's the Worst Rate in the Building
Elon
ElonA shop that gives you two separate first-visit deals is a shop that expects you to take one of them and feel clever. Berry gives you two, then writes a line into the fine print that makes them mutually exclusive — and the one with the smaller number on it is the one that costs you the most per minute you're actually there. I don't think that's a trap so much as a filter. It sorts the men who read the price page from the men who read the price tag.

Berry — 渋谷ベリー, filed on Cityheaven as 渋谷/デリヘル with the 高級 tag — sells itself as 元祖・素人系高級デリバリーヘルス, the original amateur-style luxury delivery health, with over ten years behind it. Delivery only, no storefront. Hours are 9:30 to 5:00 the next morning, which is a nineteen-and-a-half-hour day, open year round. The listed number is 03-6380-5219, though the shop's own site currently carries a notice that the phone line is acting up and points callers to 070-3252-3844 instead. Official site is tokyo-berry.com.

The pitch is freshness: students, café staff, office workers, "cleanliness and natural charm" over industry polish. Fine. Every amateur-style shop in Tokyo says a version of that. What makes this one worth an hour of arithmetic is that Berry publishes a complete four-class price grid across six durations — twenty-three separate numbers — and the grid has a shape that the marketing copy doesn't mention anywhere.

The sixty-minute course is a first-visit door, and it's the worst rate in its class

Start with the detail that sets the whole thing up. On the shop's own system page, the 60-minute row in every class is labeled 60分(初回お試し)sixty minutes, first-time trial. It isn't a standard course. It's the door.

Here's what walking through that door costs you per minute against every other rung on the same ladder:

REGULAR Price Per minute
60 min (trial only) ¥29,000 ¥483
90 min ¥42,000 ¥467
120 min ¥55,000 ¥458
180 min ¥80,000 ¥444
300 min ¥125,000 ¥417
900 min ¥370,000 ¥411

The course reserved exclusively for first-timers is the single worst per-minute value in its class. Not marginally — ¥483 against ¥411 at the far end, a 17% spread. The trial course lowers the ticket, not the rate. It is the cheapest way to hand Berry money and the most expensive way to buy its time.

That would be ordinary enough. Plenty of shops charge a premium for a short booking. What makes it interesting here is the other first-visit offer.

Two new-customer deals that can't both exist

Berry runs a coupon on Cityheaven called ご新規様限定10,000円割引キャンペーン — new customers only, all cast eligible, valid from 2026/06/30 with no expiry. Up to ¥10,000 off:

  • 90-minute course → ¥5,000 off
  • 120-minute course and longer → ¥10,000 off

And then, in the 注意事項: ・60分コースは適用対象外です。 The sixty-minute course is excluded.

So the shop has a first-visit-only course and a first-visit-only discount, and the discount does not apply to the course. You get one first visit. You cannot spend it twice. Whichever of the two you take, the other one is gone permanently.

Lay the actual first-visit menu out and the choice resolves in about four seconds:

First-visit option (Regular) You pay Per minute
60 min trial course ¥29,000 ¥483
90 min, couponed ¥37,000 ¥411
120 min, couponed ¥45,000 ¥375
180 min, couponed ¥70,000 ¥389

¥375 a minute is the lowest rate anywhere on Berry's entire published board — lower than any course, in any class, at any length, with or without a coupon. Regular 900 minutes with the same coupon applied comes to ¥360,000, which works out to ¥400 a minute. A first-timer spending ¥45,000 gets a better rate than a man spending ¥360,000 for fifteen hours.

The reason is structural: the coupon is a flat ¥10,000 on everything from 120 minutes up. A fixed discount is worth more per minute the shorter the booking it's attached to. So the discount peaks exactly at the shortest course it's allowed to touch, and decays from there. That's why couponed 180 (¥389) is worse than couponed 120 (¥375), and why couponed 300 (¥383) is worse too.

The one thing the trial course wins is the same thing these offers always win: ¥29,000 is the smallest number Berry will take, and it's the only way into this shop for under ¥37,000.

The class ladder is a fame ladder

Four published classes, and the shop's own descriptions of them are worth reading in order, because they're not describing looks.

  • REGULAR — 素朴さがそのまま魅力になる、これから花開くであろう女性. Women whose plainness is itself the appeal; who will bloom from here.
  • SWEET — 初々しくて清楚. Listed backgrounds: 学生・カフェスタッフ・一般OL — students, café staff, ordinary office workers.
No price published anywhere. The system page says only that it's written on each Special cast member's own page.

Read the right-hand column top to bottom and the variable is public visibility. You start at a woman with no stated occupation at all — the Regular description doesn't name a job, it names a potential, she will bloom — and you climb through student, professional, model, and out the top at working entertainer. The ladder is sorted by how many other people already know her face, and the price goes up with the count.

Which makes the bottom rung honest in a way that's easy to miss. Regular isn't cheaper because she's worse at the job. It's cheaper because the shop has nothing external to sell you about her yet.

Here's what that costs, across the whole grid:

Class 60 (trial) 90 120 180 300 900 Ext. 30
REGULAR ¥29,000 ¥42,000 ¥55,000 ¥80,000 ¥125,000 ¥370,000 ¥15,000
SWEET ¥33,000 ¥50,000 ¥65,000 ¥95,000 ¥155,000 ¥460,000 ¥20,000
ROYAL ¥45,000 ¥60,000 ¥80,000 ¥120,000 ¥190,000 ¥560,000 ¥25,000
VIP ¥70,000 ¥94,000 ¥140,000 ¥220,000 ¥630,000 ¥27,000
SPECIAL ASK ASK ASK ASK ASK ASK

VIP has no trial course. There's no cheap way to sample the top of the roster, and I'd read that as deliberate.

The meter bottoms out at five hours, not fifteen

Everyone assumes the longest course is the best rate. At Berry it isn't, and the way it isn't is consistent enough to be a design decision.

Forget total price for a second and look at the marginal cost — what each additional block of minutes costs you as you step up the ladder:

Step REGULAR SWEET ROYAL VIP
60 → 90 ¥433 ¥567 ¥500
90 → 120 ¥433 ¥500 ¥667 ¥800
120 → 180 ¥417 ¥500 ¥667 ¥767
180 → 300 ¥375 ¥500 ¥583 ¥667
300 → 900 ¥408 ¥508 ¥617 ¥683

In all four classes the marginal rate hits its floor at the 300-minute step and then goes back up for the 900. Every single one. The five-hour course is where Berry's discounting is most aggressive; the fifteen-hour course charges more per additional minute than the five-hour did. It still has the lowest average rate, because it's dragged down by all the cheap minutes underneath it — but the last six hundred minutes you buy are priced worse than the hundred and twenty before them.

Two smaller inversions fall out of the same table:

SWEET's 90-minute course is worse per minute than its 60-minute trial. ¥550 a minute at 60, ¥556 at 90. The 60→90 step in Sweet costs ¥567 a minute, above Sweet's own 60-minute rate, which is the only place in the grid where stepping up makes your rate worse. It's the only class where that happens.

VIP's 120 is worse per minute than its 90. ¥778 versus ¥783. The 90→120 step costs ¥800 a minute — the most expensive thirty minutes Berry sells inside any course.

And ROYAL sits on a perfectly flat plateau: 90, 120 and 180 minutes all price out at exactly ¥667 a minute. Three different courses, identical rate, no reason to prefer any of them on value alone.

Extending always costs more than staying longer would have

The extension column has teeth in every class:

Class 30 min bought inside (90→120) 30 min bought as extension Penalty Extension rate
REGULAR ¥13,000 ¥15,000 +¥2,000 (15%) ¥500/min
SWEET ¥15,000 ¥20,000 +¥5,000 (33%) ¥667/min
ROYAL ¥20,000 ¥25,000 +¥5,000 (25%) ¥833/min
VIP ¥24,000 ¥27,000 +¥3,000 (13%) ¥900/min

Note the right-hand column against the per-minute grid above. Regular's extension rate of ¥500 a minute is higher than every Regular course rate, including the ¥483 trial. Sweet's ¥667 beats every Sweet rate. Royal's ¥833 beats every Royal rate. VIP's ¥900 beats every VIP rate. There is no class, and no duration, in which extending is cheaper per minute than something you could have booked at the start.

Sweet is where indecision hurts most, at a third more than the same minutes bought upfront. Which is a little pointed, given Sweet is the tier the shop describes as 初々しい.

The cheapest number on the menu is one you can't buy

There's a fifth product: the デートコース, listed as Rounge, 120 minutes only.

Class Date course, 120 min Per minute
REGULAR ¥28,000 ¥233
SWEET ¥33,000 ¥275
ROYAL ¥40,000 ¥333
VIP ¥47,000 ¥392
SPECIAL ASK

Regular date-course time runs ¥233 a minute. That is less than half the trial course's rate, and two hours of it costs ¥1,000 less than sixty minutes of the standard Regular course.

Then the asterisk: ※デートコースのみではご利用いただけません。デートコースの前後に通常コースをセットでご利用ください。 You cannot book it alone. It has to bracket a standard course, before or after. And: ※デートの場所とホテルの移動時間もコース内に含みます。 The travel time between the date venue and the hotel runs on your clock.

So it's not a door, it's a multiplier. But run the bundle and it holds up:

Booking Total Minutes Per minute
Regular 180 min, standard ¥80,000 180 ¥444
Regular 120 + date 120 ¥83,000 240 ¥346
Regular 300 min, standard ¥125,000 300 ¥417
Regular 120 couponed + date 120 ¥73,000 240 ¥304

¥3,000 more than the three-hour course buys you sixty more minutes. The catch is that the extra hour is dinner, not hotel, and the taxi counts. Whether that's worth ¥3,000 is a question about what you came for, not about arithmetic — but it's the only place on this menu where the shop is genuinely cheap, and it's structurally invisible unless you're adding two rows together.

Whether the new-customer coupon applies to a bundle total, and which of the two courses it attaches to, is not stated. Ask.

Transport is drawn by neighborhood name, not by distance

The free zone is listed as 渋谷、新宿、四谷、赤坂、六本木ホテルエリア — and the system page adds an explicit parenthetical: (恵比寿、高田馬場は範囲外). Ebisu and Takadanobaba are named as outside it.

Area Fee
Shibuya, Shinjuku, Yotsuya, Akasaka, Roppongi hotel areas Free (¥3,000 if the booking crosses midnight)
Rest of the 23 wards ¥5,000
Adachi, Katsushika, Edogawa ¥7,000
Outside the 23 wards Ask

Ebisu is one stop from Shibuya on the Yamanote. Takadanobaba is four minutes from Shinjuku. Both cost ¥5,000; Roppongi, which is considerably further from Shibuya than Ebisu is, costs nothing. The line is drawn around named hotel districts, not around a radius, and the shop cared enough about those two specific stations to call them out by name — which tells you people were arguing about it.

That ¥5,000 matters most where the booking is shortest. The trial course at ¥29,000 becomes ¥34,000 all-in from Ebisu, or ¥567 a minute. The couponed 120 from the same hotel is ¥50,000, or ¥417. The gap between the smart first visit and the cheap one widens from ¥108 a minute to ¥150 once someone has to travel.

Paying by card costs 10%

Stated plainly: クレジットカード決済につきましては料金総額に対し10%の手数料. Ten percent of the total, not the course.

On a Regular 120 that's ¥5,500 — which takes back more than half of the ¥10,000 you just saved with the new-customer coupon. On the Regular 300 it's ¥12,500, and on the 900 it's ¥37,000. Above ¥100,000, the card fee exceeds the largest discount this shop offers. At the top of the Regular ladder it exceeds it nearly four times over.

If you're spending real money here, the payment method is a bigger lever than the coupon.

Every discount here is pointed away from coming back

Line the incentives up:

  • 写真指名料 free. 本指名料 ¥5,000. Picking a stranger from photos costs nothing. Asking for her again costs five thousand yen.
  • The new-customer coupon is once per person, ever.
  • The trial-cast coupon — the second one on Cityheaven, ¥10,000 off for women flagged 体験入店割引 実施 on the day — carries the line 本指名でのご予約には適用できません. It cannot be used on a nomination booking.
  • The 60-minute course is first-visit only in all three classes that have one.

Four separate price levers, all four rewarding novelty and taxing continuity. For a shop whose entire product is 初々しさ — freshness, first-ness — that's at least coherent. It's also worth knowing before you decide you've found someone. The relationship costs ¥5,000 a visit more than the alternative, and it disqualifies you from the shop's second-best discount.

Both coupons also require you to answer a post-service survey by phone or SNS. Skip it and the shop states that future discounts stop applying.

The trial-cast coupon's own price table is wrong

Small thing, but I check these and this one doesn't reconcile.

The 体験入店 coupon states 60分コースは対象外です — sixty-minute courses excluded. Its itemized comparison table, printed directly underneath on the same page, reads:

Normal With coupon
Regular class 90 min, ¥42,000 60 min, ¥37,000

The coupon that excludes sixty-minute courses is illustrated with a sixty-minute couponed price. And ¥37,000 for sixty minutes would be ¥8,000 more than the ¥29,000 list price for that course. The first coupon's equivalent table is clean — 90 min ¥42,000 → 90 min ¥37,000, with 入会金 and 指名料 both at zero — so this looks like a duration cell someone mis-entered rather than a hidden term. But it's the only place the two coupons differ, and if you're planning to use it, get the duration confirmed on the phone before she leaves.

The roster: 136 women, and the age claim mostly holds

Berry lists 136 women. I tabulated the hundred visible on the first page of the roster.

Age range 18 – 30
Mean / median 22.6 / 23
Most common age 24 (22 of 100)
Under 21 22
25 or over 23
Heights 150 – 174 cm
Cups B – G

The shop's copy centers the roster on 18–26. Ninety-nine of the hundred fall inside that band. One doesn't — a 30-year-old. That's a claim that survives contact with the data about as well as any I've checked, and I'd rather report the single exception than round it away.

What the roster page does not show, for most women, is her class. A handful carry a ROYAL or SWEET badge; the great majority carry nothing. Since class is the difference between ¥42,000 and ¥70,000 for the same ninety minutes — a 67% spread — that's the most financially consequential field on the page, and for most of the roster you have to open her profile to find it. Budget by the woman, not by the headline.

The rules, which are unusually firm

The system page's 禁止事項 and cancellation terms are stricter than most, and stated without hedging:

  • No change. 当店は写真と違う女の子を派遣するいわゆる振替店ではございません。従いましてチェンジは承っておりません。 We are not a bait-and-switch shop, therefore we do not accept changes. The logic is that if the photo is real, there's nothing to change. Worth knowing that the guarantee and the restriction are the same policy.
  • Cancellation: 100% of the course fee same-day, 50% up to the day before. No-shows get billed later for the full course.
  • If she arrives and can't get into your hotel, you owe the full course fee plus transport. Business hotels vary on this. Confirm before you book, not after she's in the lobby.
  • Withheld and payphone numbers are refused outright.
  • No multi-person play in one room, as a general rule — which sits oddly beside the two 3P options on the menu, so that one needs a phone call.
  • And this, in the prohibited list: ・インターネット等、外部掲示板に書き込みをする方 — customers who post to external message boards. Berry would prefer you not write about it. I'll let that one sit where it is.

Options

Published in full, which is more than most shops manage: cosplay ¥2,000 if you bring it or ¥5,000〜 if she does (two days' notice), rotor ¥3,000, soft sokushaku ¥3,000, masturbation viewing ¥3,000, seisui ¥3,000, vibe ¥4,000, denma ¥5,000, gokkun ¥5,000, gansha ¥5,000, irama ¥5,000, anal licking ¥5,000, underwear ¥5,000, AF ¥10,000, 3P with two women ¥10,000.

Two notes on that list. 顔射 is available 最終枠でのみ — the last slot of the day only, for reasons that become obvious if you think about her next appointment. And 3P with two men is priced at 各指名女性のご総額×2 — double the whole total, not a flat fee, which makes it the only option on the menu that scales with everything else you've bought. Availability is per-woman throughout; the shop says so explicitly.

What isn't published

  • SPECIAL class has no price anywhere on the system page. It's per-cast, on her own profile. The top of the ladder is ASK, as it usually is.
  • Whether the coupon applies to a date-course bundle, and which course it attaches to.
  • Out-of-ward transport has no floor published at all — 23区外はご相談ください, with no starting figure.
  • Which class most women are in isn't visible from the roster list.

The verdict

Berry's grid is more informative than its marketing, and the informative parts point away from the numbers the marketing leads with. The ¥29,000 headline is the worst rate in its class and a one-time-only door. The fifteen-hour course is not where the discounting lives. The extension column punishes every kind of hesitation, hardest in the tier named for freshness. And the cheapest minutes on the entire board belong to a course you're not allowed to buy by itself.

Concretely:

First visit, best rate: Regular 120 minutes with the new-customer coupon, ¥45,000, ¥375 a minute — the lowest published rate at this shop in any class at any length. Book a hotel inside the free transport zone and that's the all-in number.

First visit, smallest possible spend: the ¥29,000 trial hour. Understand you're paying a 29% per-minute premium over the option above for the privilege of spending ¥16,000 less, and that taking it burns your coupon.

If you want length: stop at 300 minutes. That's where the marginal rate bottoms out in all four classes; the 900 charges more per additional minute than the 300 did.

Whatever you book: pay cash. Ten percent on the total is the largest single lever on this price list, and it points the wrong way.

Prices, hours, roster figures and rules above were taken from Berry's official site at tokyo-berry.com and its Cityheaven listing on 2026-08-09 and are quoted as published. Roster statistics are my own tabulation of the 100 women visible on the first page of a 136-woman list. Terms change — confirm by phone before booking. Adults 18+ only; the shop states it does not employ anyone under 18 and refuses service to anyone under 18, including high school students.
