Toukadou Okachimachi — Thirty Women, Six Catchphrases, and Two Reviews in the Shop's Entire History

ElonI do this thing where I paste a shop's whole roster into a spreadsheet, because numbers in a column tell you what pictures in a grid are built to hide. At 桃花道 御徒町店 I did it and got a result I have never gotten before. The roster is so uniform that I could compute a median woman — median age, modal height, modal bust, modal cup, modal waist, modal hips, most common catchphrase — and all seven values landed on the same actual human being who works here. She has a name. She is on tonight's board. And she is one of exactly two women in this shop's entire recorded history to have ever received a customer review.

東京性感エステ倶楽部　桃花道　御徒町店 — Tokyo Sensual Esthe Club Toukadou, Okachimachi branch — sits on Cityheaven under デリヘル（エステ＆ヘルス／御徒町・湯島）, inside the Ueno–Uguisudani–Nippori–Katsushika delivery index, whose counter above the tabs reads 89 shops, 6,969 women. Phone 03-6435-7196. Open 10:00 to 6:00 the next morning, 年中無休 — a twenty-hour day, no closing day, ever. Official site toukadou1.com.

The pitch, verbatim: 新橋発・元祖派遣型密着回春＆ヘルスエステ — from Shinbashi, the original dispatch-type close-contact kaishun and health esthe — staffed by 20代美貌のエキスパート, experts in their twenties. The service content is posted plainly enough on the system tab that I'd rather quote it than characterise it: 指圧マッサージ, aroma oil or powder, オールヌード回春（前立腺可）, 素股, and a フェラ or hand finish.

Two claims in that pitch can be audited against the shop's own published data, and this listing publishes an unusual amount of it. The bit about the twenties is true, thirty times out of thirty. The bit implied by the word branch is not.

The Okachimachi branch is a phone number

Open the 派遣エリア tab and here is the entire address the shop gives you:

That is not an address. That is a station and a ward. No street, no building, no block number. Under 出張先詳細 it says 都内ホテル・自宅・レンタルルーム — hotels, homes and rental rooms in Tokyo, which is to say everywhere and therefore nowhere in particular. And the front-page delivery blurb doesn't mention Okachimachi at all. It lists 新橋、神田、秋葉原、東京、銀座、赤坂、五反田、目黒, then twelve wards, then "and so on."

So the Okachimachi in the shop name is doing search-engine work, not geographic work. The dispatch pool is a Tokyo-wide operation with a Shinbashi origin story, and 御徒町店 is simply the door you happened to walk through. That's how dispatch businesses have always worked, and honestly I'd rather they name a branch after a station I can picture than call it Unit 14. But don't book expecting a shorter drive because you're standing under the Ameyoko arches. Nothing on this page promises that.

What the page does deliver, in unusual quantity, is data about who works here. Thirty profiles, all with numbers. Let's read them.

Thirty women, one silhouette

The 女の子一覧 tab shows 30人中1-30人目 — the entire roster on a single screen, nobody hidden. Twenty-nine of the thirty publish a full spec line; the thirtieth, Nanase, is all dashes including her age. Here is what the twenty-nine add up to:

Read the ranges, not the averages, because the ranges are the whole story. Thirty women span seven centimetres of bust and six of waist. Twenty of the twenty-nine published waists are literally 57 or 58. Eleven of twenty-eight published hip figures are literally 85. The cup breakdown is 15 D, 8 E, 4 F, 2 C — no A, no B, nothing above F, and D-or-E accounts for 79% of the roster.

There are two honest readings of that and I can't tell you which is true. Reading one: a shop with a genuinely narrow, consistent hiring brief, which is a real thing and not a scandal — plenty of shops recruit to a type and this one clearly does. Reading two: the numbers are typed in by a staffer with a house style, and the house style is 86-57-85.

There is one small tell for reading two. Kiki, 20, is published as T155・85(D)・58・58. Her hips are listed as fifty-eight centimetres. That is not a body; that's the waist field pasted twice. It has been sitting on a live commercial page long enough that nobody has caught it, which tells you roughly how much attention the spec lines receive after they're entered.

The average woman at this shop is an actual person

So I did the obvious thing. I took the most common value on every axis the shop publishes — age 24, height 157, bust 86, cup D, waist 58, hips 85 — plus the most common catchphrase, 小悪魔セクシーガール☆, which is assigned to 13 of the 30. Then I went looking for whoever matched.

She exists. Erina, 24 — T157・86(D)・58・85, 小悪魔セクシーガール☆.

Seven axes, seven exact hits. Not "close to the average" — sitting precisely on the mode of every single field this business publishes about anybody. In a roster of thirty that outcome is made almost inevitable by how tightly the distribution is packed, and that's exactly the point: here the average is not an abstraction, because there is barely enough variance for it to be one.

Then came the part that made me re-read the page. Of the thirty women, twenty-eight show 口コミ募集 — reviews wanted, meaning zero. Two have ever been reviewed. One is Haruka, 26. The other is Erina.

Two reviews. That is the entire archive.

The 口コミ tab isn't thin, it's a two-item list, and both items are old:

Both are positive and both are specific in the way genuine reviews are. The Haruka one describes the pacing rather than the acts — マッサージ3割・ドキドキ7割の絶妙バランス, three parts massage to seven parts anticipation — and closes by saying sixty minutes is enough to be satisfied here. The Erina one goes straight at the technique: マッサージの質も流れも理想中の理想, the quality and the flow both ideal. The shop replied to each with the identical boilerplate thank-you. Mean of the two: 3.9.

Now the uncomfortable arithmetic. The most recent review of this shop is from June 2025. Today is 27 August 2026. That is fourteen and a half months in which a thirty-woman roster running twenty hours a day, every day, has generated not one written review — while the 写メ日記 feed on the very same listing has posted eight entries in the last 48 hours: Nanase at 21:48 last night, Reiko at 20:25, Midori at 16:16, Mira at 13:07, Kiki at 08:43 yesterday morning, and three more before that. The women are posting daily. The customers are not.

I don't read that as "nobody comes." A shop scheduling thirty women seven days a week is not an empty shop. I read it as this shop's customers being the sort who don't leave a paper trail — which, for a listing whose entire proposition is a woman arriving discreetly at your hotel or your apartment across twelve wards, is not a shocking customer profile.

But it has a practical consequence for you, and it's the single most important line in this article: there is no crowd-sourced quality signal here at all. Two data points, both from last year. Whatever you decide about this shop, you are deciding it from the shop's own materials and from the shift board. So let's go read the board, because it turns out to be the only page on this listing that is actually about today.

ElonMy general rule for listings like this. A shop page is three kinds of information stacked together: marketing, rewritten rarely and believed never; prices, rewritten occasionally and believed cautiously; and the shift board, rewritten daily because it has to be — a woman who isn't there cannot be sold, and a customer who arrives to find that out does not come back. The board is the only part of the page with a real-world penalty attached to being wrong. So when the other tabs go quiet for years, don't conclude the shop is dead. Open the board. If the board moves, the shop moves. At Toukadou the board moves a great deal, and it moves in a shape worth knowing about before you dial.

Two shops, one price

The 出勤情報 tab publishes a full week — today plus six days forward — for all thirty women. On Thursday 27 August, twenty of the thirty are working and ten are off. And they do not arrange themselves evenly. They arrange themselves into two blocks with a hole in the middle:

The day block — eight women, all starting between 10:00 and 11:30, all finished by 21:00:

The night block — twelve women, starting from 15:00, most of them running to 5:00 or 6:00:

Notice the gap. Nobody starts a shift between 11:30 and 15:00 — three and a half hours in the middle of the working day during which the roster cannot grow, only shrink. And notice the second thing, which I did not expect and had to check three times:

Every single woman in the day block is 24 or 25 years old. All eight. Not one is younger. Meanwhile six of the twelve night-block women are 23 or under, and the three youngest people working today — Anna at 21, Mira and Reiko at 22 — all clock on at 18:00 or later. Of the nine women on the roster aged 22 or under, only those three are working at all today, and none of them before six in the evening.

Which produces the finding this whole article is really about. Toukadou's daytime and Toukadou's night-time are two materially different products, sold at one identical price. There is no day tariff and no night tariff here. The 40-minute is ¥8,000 at eleven in the morning and ¥8,000 at three in the morning. Plenty of Tokyo shops charge a night premium; this one doesn't, and the effect is that the daytime customer is quietly subsidising a thinner board.

Here's the thinness, hour by hour, as the board stood for Thursday:

At 19:00 you are choosing from eighteen of the thirty women — sixty per cent of the roster, six of whom have just walked in and one of whom hasn't yet been asked to do anything all day. At 10:00 you are choosing from four. Same price sheet, four and a half times the inventory. If you have any flexibility at all about when you call, that table is the most valuable thing on this page.

The corollary matters too, and it's the one people get wrong. The 19:00 peak lasts exactly one hour. At 20:00 four of the day-block women go home and you're back to fourteen; by 21:00 you're at twelve and the day block is gone entirely. The window is 19:00 to 20:00, and after that this is a twelve-woman shop until dawn.

Everything the shop recommends clocks on after six

If you had any doubt about which half of the day this business considers its real business, the shop settles it for you twice.

店長オススメ — the manager's picks on the front page — lists eight women: Mira, Reiko, Rei, Ruby, Mia, Erika, Mirai, Anna. Seven of the eight are on today's board. Of those seven, six are night block — Mia and Anna from 18:00, Rei from 18:30, Mira, Reiko and Erika from 19:00. Exactly one manager's pick, Ruby, works the daytime. The eighth, Mirai, is off today entirely.

Then the coupons. Each of the three carries one woman's face and stats:

All three coupon faces start at 19:00. Every promotional image this shop puts in front of you is a woman you cannot book before dinner. The discounts themselves aren't time-restricted — you can absolutely use the ¥10,000 room coupon at eleven in the morning — but the person you formed a mental picture of while reading it will not be available, and no page anywhere tells you that. You have to cross-reference the coupon tab against the shift board yourself, which took me about ninety seconds and which I'd guess almost nobody does.

The official news feed is a time capsule from 2019

One more thing, because it's the funniest artefact on the whole property and it's genuinely informative.

The shop's own site, toukadou1.com, runs a TOPICS feed. The top post is stamped 2026-08-27 04:00 — this morning, four a.m., someone posted the rental-room prices: 60分 11,000円 / 90分 15,000円 / 120分 18,000円, with the line 本日も朝10時から営業しております and a note that cashless payment is now accepted — tell the staff when you book. Below it, stamped 2026-08-26 19:00, the delivery prices: 60分 12,000円 / 90分 16,000円 / 120分 19,000円. So far, an entirely normal, freshly maintained feed.

Scroll down. Beneath a December 2025 repost of the same two price sets, the archive falls off a cliff into 2019 — and the 2019 posts carry the identical prices. The rental-room notice from 2 September 2019 reads 60分 11,000円 / 90分 15,000円 / 120分 18,000円. The delivery notice from 3 September 2019 reads 12,000 / 16,000 / 19,000. Word for word, yen for yen, including the cashless-payment line, which was apparently new seven years ago and has been announced as new ever since.

These prices have not moved since 2019. Through everything the last seven years did to the cost of running a business in Tokyo, the sixty-minute rental-room course is still ¥11,000. I've spent enough time on shop pages to find that genuinely remarkable, and it is by some distance the strongest argument in this shop's favour: whatever else is stale here, the price hasn't drifted upward while you weren't looking.

The 2019 posts also preserve a couple of things the current pages don't say out loud. Two of them describe the shop as 当店は中国人マッサージのお店です — a Chinese-massage shop. That framing appears nowhere in the 2026 material, and the current roster is presented entirely in Japanese given names, so read it as a historical note about where this business came from rather than a description of who works there now. And the legacy course names are pure Shinbashi: a 新橋限定オールタイム rental-room-inclusive plan at 90分 総額15,000円 and 70分 総額12,000円, plus a 神田限定 コミコミプラン valid until 18:00. Those are seven years old and I would not walk in quoting them.

Then there's the section that tells you the most: 新人情報, new arrivals. The most recent entry is from 15 October 2019 — a woman called Mitsuna, announced as debuting at six that evening. The shop has a thirty-woman roster today and has not announced a new face on its own website in nearly seven years.

None of those thirty women are in that feed. All thirty are on the Cityheaven board, and eight of them posted a photo diary this week. The business is alive; its website's memory simply stopped in 2019, and nobody has had a reason to reopen it since.

One price note worth a phone call

I'm not going to re-run this chain's full pricing forensics — the numbers are messy and I've written about them elsewhere. But one discrepancy on this branch's pages is worth thirty seconds of your time, because it is money.

The クーポン tab prices the delivery course at 60分 ¥12,000 / 90分 ¥16,000 / 120分 ¥20,000. The イベント tab, on the same listing, under a banner running since 21 February, prices the same delivery course at 60分 ¥11,000 / 90分 ¥15,000 / 120分 ¥19,000. That's ¥1,000 cheaper at every length, and the event page's own tagline is 東京全域, all of Tokyo.

Meanwhile the official site posted the delivery prices at 12,000 / 16,000 / 19,000 yesterday evening — agreeing with the coupon tab at sixty and ninety minutes, and with the event tab at a hundred and twenty.

I have no idea which one reception will quote you, and I'd bet a modest sum they don't either until you say a number first. So say one. Ask for the イベント delivery pricing by name, mention ヘブン見た as the listing instructs, and know that at 120 minutes two of the three published sources say ¥19,000. The gap is small. It's also entirely free to ask for.

Also worth knowing: there is a 100-minute course at ¥15,000 that exists only inside a coupon and appears nowhere on the price board, which lists 40 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 minutes and four- and five-hour options but no hundred. Ask for it by its coupon title — コスパ最強100分コース — or reception may not know what you mean.

What I actually did

I called at half past six, which was deliberate. I'd spent the afternoon building that hour-by-hour table and it would have been absurd to then book into the trough.

Free choice, no nomination — the shop's own booking page says フリーでも素敵な女性をご紹介いたします, and given that thirty spec lines converge on a single silhouette, paying ¥1,000 to point at one of them felt like paying to choose between two identical envelopes. Rental room rather than delivery, which is both the cheaper column and the one the shop clearly prefers, since it's the one it posts about at four in the morning. Ninety minutes.

Reception is efficient and asks the four questions the site says it will ask: when, where, how long, anyone in particular. They ask for a call about an hour ahead of the slot, which is a real request and not a formality — this is a dispatch operation with a woman travelling to you.

The format is what the reviews from last year described and what the system tab says: a shared shower, then a massage that starts as a massage. Erina's review from June called the flow ideal, and the flow is the thing. What's being sold here isn't a menu of acts, it's an escalation curve — the other review's three parts massage, seven parts anticipation is the most accurate five words anyone has written about this shop. Ninety minutes gives that curve room to be a curve rather than a schedule. The sixty would work; the reviewer from March said so and I believe him. But if the appeal of kaishun over straight health is the slow part, the slow part is what you're paying for, and ninety is where it stops feeling economical and starts feeling designed.

I'll leave the rest where it belongs. Out into Okachimachi at nine at night, Ameyoko shuttered and the Yamanote still full, the shift board back at fourteen by the time I reached the station.

Roster the day I visited: 30 registered, 20 on the board, ages 20–26 (one unpublished), median 24. Heights 153–167 cm, busts 83–90, cups C to F. Two customer reviews on record, averaging 3.9. Photo-diary feed active daily.

Nothing above is a promise about what happens in the room; it's what the shop publishes about itself, read carefully and cross-checked against its own other pages.

The verdict

Three and a half if the scale allowed it, and I'll round down rather than up, entirely because of the review desert. Everything this shop tells you about itself is checkable and mostly consistent, the prices are old in the good way, and the board is deep after seven. But a thirty-woman operation that has gone fourteen months without a single customer writing anything down is asking you to buy on faith, and the only two people who ever did write something down did so more than a year ago.

So buy on the board instead. Call between 18:30 and 19:30, when the roster is at eighteen and you can actually exercise a preference; take the rental room, which is the cheaper column and the one the shop is set up for; take ninety minutes, because the slow escalation is the entire product and sixty rushes it. Quote the event-tab delivery pricing if you're going the hotel route, and ask for the hundred-minute coupon course by name if you want the one length the price board pretends doesn't exist. Skip the ¥1,000 nomination fee your first time — with a roster this uniform you are not choosing between types, you're choosing between people, and you can't do that from a spec line.

And if you want the shop's own answer to who its average woman is, it published one. Her name is on the board, she starts at seven, and she's the only person here anyone has said a word about in over a year.
