Aroma Fantasy Takanawa, Gotanda: Ninety Minutes Is Printed at Five Different Prices, and the Second Therapist Costs Exactly the First

ElonThe price list for this shop is a JPEG. Not a table, not text — a 760-pixel-wide image sitting on the system page, which means no search engine has ever read it and neither has anybody skimming on a phone at midnight. I had to download the thing and look at it like a photograph. And once I did, I understood why so many of the shop's other pages quote a different number for the same ninety minutes: nobody's checking against the board, because the board isn't checkable. So that's the game today. Four pages, one shop, one ninety-minute course, and I counted five different prices printed for it. None of them are lies. That's the interesting part.

アロマファンタジー高輪 (Aroma Fantasy Takanawa) is a dispatch-type luxury aroma esthetic — an shucchō outcall operation with no storefront and no room of its own. You supply the hotel. It bases out of Takanawa, lists under Gotanda on Cityheaven, and will travel to any of Tokyo's twenty-three wards plus a slice of Kawasaki. Reception runs from morning to five the next day, seven days a week. It is a massage and kaishun sensual-esthetic product, which is a specific and legally distinct thing from a full-service house, and the shop's own copy is consistent about that.

It's also the third Aroma Fantasy I've had on the desk. The Shibuya branch I looked at back in July on the strength of its seventeen-year run; this is the Takanawa house, and there's a third sister, ファンタジアルージュ五反田, working the same patch. Same family, different price sheet. This one I'm reading as arithmetic.

The shop

Note the hours already disagree with themselves — the Heaven listing says nine, the shop's own guide page and its banner both say 8:30. Half an hour, nobody's fault, and a decent preview of the rest.

The board, and the rung nobody should buy

Here is the entire single-therapist course list, straight off the JPEG:

Three of the four steps are exactly ¥7,000 per extra half hour — ¥233.33 a minute, flat, no drift. Then there's the 120→150 step, which is ¥12,000 — ¥400.00 a minute, seventy-one percent above the rate every other rung charges.

That one outlier does something strange to the curve. Per-minute cost falls from ¥316.67 to a floor of ¥275.00 at 120 minutes, then climbs to ¥300.00 at 150, then falls back to ¥288.89 at 180. The 150-minute course is a local maximum. It is dearer per minute than the 120 below it and the 180 above it.

Nobody should ever buy the 150. Thirty more minutes costs ¥7,000 and gets you a better rate: +15.4% money for +20% time. The 150 rung exists on the board to be skipped.

Two other quiet facts fall out of that table. The 90 and the 180 cost precisely the same per minute — ¥288.89 both, three hours and ninety minutes priced identically by the clock. And the cheapest minute on the entire standard board is at two hours, not at three, which is unusual: most boards keep sliding downward to the top rung.

The extension door costs 86% more than the front door

Extensions are priced separately, and this is where the board gets expensive:

¥433.33 a minute is the highest single-therapist rate published anywhere in this shop. Set it against the ¥233.33 a minute the course ladder charges for the identical half hour and the structure is plain: deciding late costs 86% more than deciding early.

Run the four realistic mistakes:

The penalty shrinks as you go longer, and it shrinks for an ugly reason — the up-front 150 rung is nearly as overpriced as the extension it replaces. Everywhere else, the answer is the same: buy the time before she walks in. The second half of a 60-minute extension does drop to ¥300 a minute (¥22,000 − ¥13,000 = ¥9,000 for thirty), so if you're already extending, extending twice as far is the only mercy on offer.

The double course is exactly twice. Exactly.

Two therapists, one room. Here's the full comparison:

Seven rows, not one yen of deviation. The second therapist costs precisely what the first one costs, at every length, including both extension rungs. There is no bundle discount, no premium, no rounding — somebody built the double column with a multiply-by-two and went home.

I've seen doubles priced at 1.8× as an inducement and at 2.3× as a scarcity tax. Flat 2.000× across seven rows is neither. It's the shop declining to have an opinion, which at least has the virtue of being impossible to misread. A double 120 runs ¥550.00 a minute; the cheapest double minute available is that same 120-minute rung, and the 150 is a dead rung there too, at ¥600.00 against the 180's ¥577.78.

ElonHere's the thing about outcall that storefront shops never make you think about: your address is a line item. With a soapland the building is where the building is and the price is the price. With a dispatch shop, the same ninety minutes with the same therapist costs a different amount depending on which side of a ward boundary your hotel sits on, and this shop has gone ahead and published a colour-coded map of exactly how much your postcode is worth to them. Seven bands. I love it, honestly — most outcall places bury transport in a vague "実費" and surprise you at the door. This one hands you a map. But read the map before you book the room, not after, because there's a ¥7,000 spread on it and there are hotels four stops apart sitting in different colours.

Your hotel's ward, priced

The 交通費 map covers all twenty-three wards and four Kawasaki wards, in seven bands:

Two things jump out. The ladder runs ¥1,000, ¥2,000, ¥3,000, ¥4,000, ¥5,000, ¥7,000 — there is no ¥6,000 band. The top rung skips a step, which means the outer six wards absorb a ¥2,000 jump where everyone else got ¥1,000 ones.

And the shop's own ward isn't free. The house dispatches from Takanawa, which is in Minato-ku, and Minato-ku is the ¥1,000 band — while a station-adjacent hotel across the boundary in Shinagawa-ku is ¥0. The cheapest place in Tokyo to receive this shop is not the place it lives.

The practical weight: on the ¥19,000 hour, a ¥7,000 transport fee is a 36.8% surcharge. Same hour, ¥0 band versus ¥7,000 band, is ¥19,000 against ¥26,000 — you can pay Edogawa prices for sixty minutes and get ninety in Gotanda for the same money.

Fees, and an option menu with two lines on it

Three notes.

The loyal customer pays more. Requesting the woman you saw last time is ¥3,000; picking a stranger off the website is ¥2,000. That ordering is conventional across the trade, but the size of it isn't nothing — 50% more to keep continuity than to choose fresh, on a shop whose entire retention model is repeat booking. Worth naming.

The change fee is the only fee here that depends on geography. ¥2,000 plus transport means rejecting a therapist costs ¥2,000 at a Gotanda station hotel and up to ¥9,000 in Edogawa — the identical decision, 4.5× the price, determined by your room. It's logical (somebody has to travel again) and it's still the sharpest edge on the board.

The entire option menu is two lines, and both of them price clothing. Topless ¥3,000, all-nude ¥5,000 — so the last layer costs ¥2,000 more than the first. For a house selling a ¥1,000,000 course, that is a strikingly short menu, and I'd read the shortness as a genuine signal about what the product is rather than an omission.

Five prices for ninety minutes

Now the centrepiece. I went looking for what a 90-minute booking costs, and the shop answered four times, on four different pages, with five different figures. Every one of them reconciles against the board — they just fold in different invisible things.

A ¥4,000 spread on an identical ninety minutes, and my favourite detail in the whole audit: ¥28,000 appears twice and means two different bills. On one page it's the course plus a transport fee; on another it's the course plus a nomination fee. Same total, entirely different composition, neither one wrong.

None of this is deception. Cityheaven's coupon widget itemises every line — 入会金 0円, 指名料 2,000円, コース料金, 交通費 — and the shop filled it in honestly each time. The problem is that four honest answers to "what does ninety minutes cost" produce a number that moves ¥4,000 depending on which page you landed on, and the one page that would settle it is an image file.

The 早割, audited

The banner says 【業界最安値】 — industry's lowest price — and offers this, valid 2026/08/09–08/17:

Every "regular" there is exactly ¥2,000 above the board — ¥19,000, ¥26,000, ¥33,000 — and Cityheaven's own itemisation tells you why: 交通費 2000円 → 0円. So the advertised ¥3,000 is ¥1,000 off the course plus a ¥2,000 transport waiver.

Against the actual board, the course discount is a flat ¥1,000 at every rung:

Now the wrinkle, and I want to be fair about it. The coupon is restricted to 五反田＆品川エリアのホテル. Shinagawa-ku is the ¥2,000 transport band, so for a Gotanda-area hotel that isn't station-adjacent, that ¥2,000 waiver is entirely real and the ¥3,000 headline is honest. But the board also says hotels nearest Gotanda and Shinagawa stations are ¥0 anyway — and in that pocket, which is the most obvious place to use a Gotanda coupon, you are being credited ¥2,000 for a fee you were never going to pay. Same coupon, same eligible area, worth ¥3,000 or ¥1,000 depending on which side of "nearest the station" your hotel falls, and nothing published draws that line.

One more thing the headline hides: at ¥18,000 the flagship 60-minute rate is ¥300.00 a minute, which is worse per minute than simply booking 120 minutes at full list (¥275.00) or 180 at full list (¥288.89). The genuinely good row on this coupon is the one nobody put in the banner — 120 minutes at ¥32,000 is ¥266.67 a minute, the best standard rate in the shop. It's also フリー限定, free assignment only, so the cheap rate and the choice of therapist are mutually exclusive.

The best number in the building is on the events page

新人割: 100分コース オールヌードオプション込み ¥26,000.

Start with the obvious: there is no 100-minute course on the price board. The ladder runs 60/90/120/150/180. This length exists only in this promotion.

Now price it. ¥26,000 is, to the yen, exactly what the board charges for 90 minutes with no options at all. The 新人割 gives you ten more minutes and the ¥5,000 all-nude option, free, for the same money. Interpolating the missing rung at the board's own ¥233.33 marginal rate puts a 100-minute course at ~¥28,300, and with the option at ~¥33,300 — so this lands roughly ¥7,300 under what the structure implies.

Per-minute it's ¥260.00 all-in, and if you value the included option at its list ¥5,000, the underlying course rate is ¥210.00 a minute — the cheapest minute published anywhere by this shop. The catch is in the name: 新人, new therapists only, phone booking, say "新人割", and a Heaven review is mandatory afterwards. That's the whole price of it.

Compare the other live offers on a per-minute basis and the ranking is not what the banners suggest:

The new-customer coupon's 120-minute row at ¥233.33 a minute is the single cheapest thing this shop sells, and it's the row that got second billing to the 90. It's ¥5,000 off the board against the 90's ¥3,000 — 15.2% versus 11.5% — and both figures check out exactly against the price image. Web booking only, first visit only, nomination and transport extra, review mandatory, no stacking.

The membership is free. The currency is reviews.

入会金 is ¥0, confirmed twice — on the board and in Heaven's own line-item breakdown. But look at what every single discount actually asks for:

• New-customer coupon — 口コミ投稿が必須, review mandatory.
• 新人割 — ヘブン口コミの投稿必須, review mandatory, and it hands you a ¥3,000 next-visit code.
• Review discount — ¥3,000 off any course, issued only after a posted review is approved.
• The usage guide — asks for a review after every session, offering ¥3,000 off next time.

Three of the four live offers are gated on public testimony, and the fourth is the testimony. The review code is also the only discount here that works with a nomination — 早割 is free-assignment-only, the new-customer coupon charges nomination on top, but the review code is explicitly ネット指名・本指名・フリーを問わず一律3,000円割引. So the one offer that lets you pick your therapist and pay less is the one you can't have until you've written about the last visit.

Which makes the free 入会金 a slightly funny line. You don't pay to join. You pay to keep the discount running, in words, forever.

Twelve hours for ¥550,000

Bookable by phone or by request through the member site; the board says to ask staff for details, and details are the one thing it doesn't print.

Per-minute, these are the most expensive things in the shop by a distance — 2.6× the 180-minute rate. Which tells you they aren't a time purchase. If extensions stacked (and nothing on the board says they do), twelve hours built out of a 180-minute course plus nine sixty-minute extensions would come to ¥250,000 — well under half. Whatever the ¥550,000 buys, it isn't a volume deal on minutes, and the board doesn't say what else is in it: transport, options, nomination, meals, none of it addressed.

There is one genuine volume discount in this entire price structure, and here it is: two 12-hour stays would be ¥1,100,000, and the 24-hour is ¥1,000,000. A ¥100,000 saving — 9.1% — the only place in the whole shop where buying more makes it cheaper. You have to spend a million yen to find it.

What you're actually buying, procedurally

The shop publishes its flow in more detail than most, and it's worth reading because half of it is on you:

会員制, and it's enforced at the phone. Your mobile number is the member ID. 非通知, 公衆電話, ご自宅固定電話, ホテル内線 — withheld numbers, payphones, home landlines and hotel extensions are all refused, as are bookings made by anyone other than you. That's a stricter door than most outcall shops run, and it's the reason the membership can be free.

Booking opens 10 days out. Web booking is 24-hour and needs at least two hours' lead; inside two hours it's the phone. After confirmation, expect up to 30 minutes for the therapist to travel safely. A confirmation call one hour before. You're expected in the room ten minutes before she arrives, with the room number sent through.

You supply the hotel — they'll advise if you don't know the area. Payment is up front, taken after she enters and the course is confirmed. Shower before, shower after. Then she leaves and that's the session.

Two things in that sequence carry money. The prepayment means the transport band, the nomination tier and any options are all settled in the room, at the door — so if you haven't checked your ward on the map, the reconciliation happens while you're both standing there. And the confirmation call is not optional courtesy; it's the mechanism that keeps you on the right side of the cancellation rule.

ElonRead the cancellation clause with the price board open next to it, because they're the same document. 予約当日 100% — cancel an advance booking on the day and you owe the whole course. Same-day booking, cancel after the one-hour mark, also 100%. Unpaid cancellation fees get billed onto your next visit, and if you don't settle them, there is no next visit. Repeat cancellers get refused advance bookings entirely. Now look up: the top of that board is a ¥1,000,000 twenty-four-hour course. A hundred percent of one million yen is one million yen. I'm not suggesting anyone's cancelling a day-long stay on a whim, but the policy is written flat, with no cap and no tiering by course size, and a rule that reasonable at ¥19,000 is a different animal at seven figures. What's missing is the day-before line — the board prices cancellation on the day and says nothing at all about the day prior. That's the number I'd want in writing before I put a stay course in the calendar.

What the board doesn't say

No payment methods. Anywhere. Cash or card is stated on no page I could read, on a board that tops out at ¥1,000,000 and takes payment in a hotel room before the session starts. This is the biggest hole in the listing and the first question I'd ask on the phone.

No day-before cancellation rate. 100% on the day is explicit; the day prior is silent.

Whether extensions stack, and to what maximum. Two rungs are priced, nothing says you can buy three.

Whether a double course takes two nomination fees. The course is exactly ×2 on every row; the fee table says nothing about whether ¥2,000 becomes ¥4,000 when you're naming two people.

What the stay courses include — transport, options, nomination, all unaddressed on a ¥550,000 line item.

The 100-minute course, which is real enough to be sold but appears on no price list.

The hours, which are 9:00 on one page and 8:30 on two others.

Where "nearest Gotanda and Shinagawa stations" stops — the boundary between the ¥0 band and the ¥2,000 band, which is worth ¥2,000 and is defined by a phrase rather than a line.

Every published rate, ranked

Top to bottom, a 3.6× spread, all of it published, none of it hidden — and note how much of the cheap end lives on the events and coupon pages rather than the board. The board's own best rate, ¥275.00, ranks seventh.

What it costs, all in

The best first visit. New-customer web coupon, 120 minutes, station-adjacent Gotanda hotel, free assignment: ¥28,000. ¥233.33 a minute, the cheapest thing here, and a mandatory review afterwards that converts into ¥3,000 off the next one.

The best value overall. 新人割, 100 minutes with all-nude included, ¥0 transport band: ¥26,000. Ten minutes and a ¥5,000 option more than the board's ¥26,000 ninety.

A realistic named booking. 90 minutes, web nomination, Minato hotel: ¥26,000 + ¥2,000 + ¥1,000 = ¥29,000, ¥322.22 a minute. With a review code in hand, ¥26,000.

The considered choice. 120 minutes, web nomination, review code, Gotanda station hotel: 33,000 + 2,000 − 3,000 = ¥32,000, ¥266.67 a minute. This is the one I'd book.

The geography tax. 60 minutes, repeat nomination, all-nude, hotel in Edogawa: 19,000 + 3,000 + 5,000 + 7,000 = ¥34,000 — ¥566.67 a minute. For one hour. Nothing hidden; three of those four lines just aren't the course.

The long night. Double course, 180 minutes, ¥0 band: ¥104,000 before nomination and options.

The top of the board. 24 hours, ¥1,000,000, cancellable at 100% on the day.

The number I'd actually pay: ¥32,000 for two named hours in a Gotanda hotel, having posted the review that got me the code. It's ¥266.67 a minute in a shop whose headline offer is ¥300.

Verdict

• Board internals: ★★★★★ — the double column is exactly ×2.000 across seven rows, three of four course steps are an identical ¥7,000, and Heaven's coupon breakdowns reconcile line-for-line against the price image. Somebody here can do arithmetic.
• Board accessibility: ★☆☆☆☆ — and then they published all of it as a JPEG. Unsearchable, unreadable on a phone, and the direct cause of every inconsistency below it. One star because the image itself is clear and complete.
• Price-quote consistency: ★★☆☆☆ — five figures for ninety minutes across four pages, and a ¥28,000 that means two different bills. Each defensible in isolation; incoherent in aggregate.
• Fee disclosure: ★★★★☆ — a published ward-by-ward transport map is better than 95% of outcall shops manage, membership is genuinely free, and the change fee's variable component is stated. Docked for no payment method anywhere.
• Coupon honesty: ★★★☆☆ — the new-customer coupon is exact to the yen against the board; the 早割's ¥3,000 is really ¥1,000 plus a waiver that may already be ¥0 where the coupon applies. "業界最安値" on a rate that's worse per minute than the plain 120 is a stretch.
• Structure: ★★★☆☆ — a genuine ¥275 floor at two hours, undercut by a 150-minute rung that costs more per minute than the 180, and an 86% penalty for extending instead of booking.
• Operational clarity: ★★★★☆ — ten-day booking window, two-hour web lead time, confirmation call, prepayment, shower either side, all published in order. Minus one for a 100% same-day cancellation rule with no day-before line and a seven-figure ceiling.
• Going back: ○ — 120 minutes, review code in hand, hotel within sight of Gotanda station.

Here's what I keep coming back to. This is not a shop that's hiding anything. The transport map alone puts it ahead of most of the outcall trade, the membership costs nothing, the booking flow is documented step by step, and the price image — once you actually look at it — is clean, complete and internally flawless.

But it locked its only authoritative document inside a picture, and then let four other pages answer the same question from memory. Nobody lied. The 早割 page just remembered a transport fee, the review page remembered a nomination fee, the coupon widget remembered both, and the board remembered neither. Five prices for ninety minutes, and the tiebreaker is a file nobody can read.

Ask for the total in the room before you hand over the cash. That's the only version of the number that's ever been binding anyway.
